Claims (3)
- 자전거 브레이크용 스틸 케이블로써, 중량기준 함량비가 크롬산 용액 20∼40wt%, 안료 20∼40wt% 및 증류수 20∼60wt%로 이루어진 코팅액으로 스틸 케이블의 표면을 코팅하여 스틸 케이블 표면에 부동층 피막이 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 자전거 브레이크용 고내식성 피막 스틸 케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 케이블은 1 ×19 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 자전거 브레이크용 고내식성 피막 스틸 케이블.
- 통상의 연선 과정을 거쳐 제조된 자전거 브레이크용 스틸 케이블의 표면에 묻어 있는 이물질을 세척·제거하는 단계와, 이물질이 제거된 스틸 케이블의 표면을 중량기준 함량비가 크롬산 액 20∼40wt%, 안료 20∼40wt% 및 증류수 20∼60wt% 로 이루어진 코팅액으로 코팅하는 단계와, 스틸 케이블 표면에 피복된 코팅액을 내부 온도가 100∼200℃범위로 조절된 건조로에 통과시켜 코팅액의 건조가 이루어 지도록 하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자전거 브레이크용 고내식성 피막 스틸 케이블의 제조방법.
