Claims (9)
- 크라프트지 배면으로 10∼15%의 PVA수용액에 수용성 실리콘계 수지를 1:1의 중량비로 혼합한 후 3∼5미크론의 건조도막 두께로 1회 코팅하여 알카리 리펄핑이 가능한 이형층을 구성함과;크라프트지 전면으로 순수 아크릴계 폴리머에 폴리프로필렌 글리콜 알킬 페닐에테르계 가소제를 10∼25%의 고형분 함량이 유지되도록 혼합한 점착제를 30∼40미크론의 건조도막 두께로 코팅하되, 95∼105℃로 60∼100/sec의 건조조건이 각 공정상에 마련됨을 특징으로 하는 재활용이 가능한 포장용 점착테이프의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 이형층을 구성하는 수용성 실리콘계 수지는 50%이상의 고형분 함량이며, 수용성 매체로 PVA(부분 검화물), CMC, 메칠 셀룰로스 또는 하이드록시 에칠 셀루로스가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 점착테이프의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 점착제에 친수성계 OH기 함유 아크릴 모노머로서 하이드록시에칠아크릴레이트, 하이드록시프로필아크릴레이트, 2-하이드록시에칠메타아크릴레이트, 하이드록시프로필메타아크릴레이트, 알코시알킬(메타)아크릴레이트계가 5-15%의 고형분(폴리머) 함량으로 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 점착테이프의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 점착제에 친수성계 COOH기 함유 불포화 또는 비닐계 모노머로서 아크릴릭에시드, 메타아크릴릭에시드, 말레익언하이드라이드, 이타코닉에시드가 5∼15%의 고형분 함량으로 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 점착테이프의 제조방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 아크릴 또는 메타아크릴계의 모노머중 알킬기의 탄소수가 4∼18개로 50∼80%의 고형분 함량으로 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 점착테이프의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 점착제에 가교성 모노머로서 PEG(분자량 200∼1000) 디아크릴레이트, GMA, DAP, AGE, EG 또는 DEG 모노아크릴레이트, TMPTA, BGDA 및 2-아크릴아미드터트-부틸설포닉에시드가 1∼5%의 고형분 함량으로 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 점착테이프의 제조방법.
- 제 3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 모노머는 메타놀, IPA, MEK 등으로 고형분이 45%이상임을 특징으로 하는 점착테이프의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 모노머는 메타놀, IPA, MEK 등으로 고형분이 45%이상임을 특징으로 하는 점착테이프의 제조방법.
- 크라프트지로 이루어진 지지부재; 상기 지지부재 전면에 약 알카리성 해리가 용이하도록 폴리프로필렌 글리콜 알킬 페닐에테르계 가소제를 함유시켜 코팅처리된 점착층; 및 상기 지지부재 배면에 알카리 리펄핑이 가능하도록 수용성 실리콘계로 코팅된 이형층을 구비하되, 이형층은 인쇄층과 에멀젼 코팅층 그리고 이형제를 코팅한 박리층을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 재활용이 가능한 포장용 점착테이프.
