Claims (20)
- 전분을 가소제로 처리하여 열가소성 전분을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 가소제가 염기 수용액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 염기 수용액은 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 수산화암모늄, 수산화리튬, 수산화바륨, 수산화알루미늄, 수산화칼슘 및 생석회(Lime)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물의 0.1~20% 수용액임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 염기 수용액은전분 고형분의 중량에 대비하여1~50중량%의 양으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가소제는 글리세린, 에틸렌 글리콜, 글루코스, 솔비톨, 말토스, 수크로스, 사이클로덱스트린, 글리세린 디아세테이트, 프로필렌 글리콜, 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 메톡시에틸렌글리콜 및 펜타에리스리톨로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종이상의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 가소제는전분 고형분의 중량에 대비하여0.1-49.5중량%의 양으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제 14항에 있어서, 전분을 라디칼 개시제로 처리할 때 폴리비닐클로라이드를 첨가하여 처리함으로써 전분에 광분해성을 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제7항의 방법에 의해 얻어진 열가소성 전분을 생분해성 수지, 범용 수지 또는 이들의 혼합 수지와 함께 혼련하고 압출함을 특징으로 하는 분해성 플라스틱 마스터배치(master batch)의 제조방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 생분해성 수지는 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리락트산, 폴리하이드록시부틸레이트 또는 디올-디엑시드계 지방족 폴리에스터에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 중합체이고; 범용 수지는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리스틸렌, 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리에틸렌비닐아세테이트 또는 폴리에틸렌비닐알콜에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 수지임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 전분과 수지의 혼련·압출시에 상기 전분 대 수지의 중량비는 1:0.2~10이고, 전체 혼합물 고형분에 대하여 0~15중량%의 가교제, 분산제 또는 이들의 혼합물을 첨가하여 전분과 수지사이에 물리적 사용성 증대 및 화학적 결합이 일어나도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제 16항에 있어서, 혼련 및 압출이 이루어지는 압출기의 운용 조건이 최소 3단의 배럴을 갖춘 싱글(Single) 또는 트윈(Twin) 압출기로서 각 배럴의 압출 온도는 40℃∼230℃, 압출기 스크류의 회전 속도는 40∼700 RPM의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
