Claims (1)
- 고구마에서 전분을 추출하고 나서 발생하는 부산물인 고구마 전분박을 플라스틱으로 전환하는 공정에 있어서,고구마 전분박을 구성하는 셀룰로오스 고분자를 열경화성에서 열가소성으로 전환하기 위하여 고구마 전분박의 1.5 ∼ 3 배 용량의 페놀을 용매로 적용하며 고구마 전분박의 0.02 ∼ 0.05 Vol./Wt. 의 황산을 촉매로 적용하고 반응온도 150 ∼ 200 ℃, 반응시간 30 ∼ 90 분의 반응조건으로 고구마 전분박을 가열 액화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고구마 전분박의 액화에 의한 열가소성화 방법.
