Claims (21)
- (a) 고분자 물질, 및 상기 고분자 물질에 대한 용매 성분 및 상기 용매 성분 보다 끓는점이 높은 비용매 성분을 포함하는 고분자 혼합용액을, 기판 위에 부어 두께 50 내지 2000 ㎛의 고분자 혼합용액층을 형성하고,(b) 상기 단계(a)에서 얻은 고분자 혼합용액층으로부터 용매 성분을 증발에 의해 제거한 다음,(c) 상기 단계(b)에서 얻은 고분자 혼합용액층으로부터 비용매 성분을 제거하는 것을 포함하는, 하이브리드형 고분자 전해질용 다공성 고분자막의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,고분자 물질이 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리트리플루오로에틸렌, 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌, 폴리헥사플루오로에틸렌, 폴리비닐클로라이드, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 셀룰로스 트리아세테이트, 폴리술폰, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리에테르, 폴리올레핀, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 및 이들의 조합 또는 공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,고분자 물질이 비닐리덴플루오라이드와 헥사프루오로프로필렌의 공중합체이고, 전체 고분자의 양을 기준으로 1 내지 40 중량%의 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,용매 성분이 아세톤, 벤젠, 사이클로헥사논, 디클로로메탄, 디메틸아세트아미드, 디메틸포름아미드, 메틸에틸케톤, 헥사메틸포스포아미드, 디메틸설폭사이드, N-메틸피롤리돈, 테트라하이드로퓨란, 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,비용매 성분이 에틸렌 글리콜, 1,2-프로판디올, 1,3-프로판디올, 글리세롤, 아밀알콜, 아닐린, 톨루엔, 자일렌, 벤질알콜, 물, 1,3-부탄디올, 2,3-부탄디올, 1,4-부탄디올, 사이클로헥산올, 1,4-디옥세인(1,4-dioxane), 에틸알콜, 에틸렌 글리콜 디아세테이트, 에틸렌 글리콜 디에틸에테르, 에틸렌 글리콜 디메틸에테르, 에틸렌 글리콜 모노벤질에테르, 에틸렌 글리콜 모노부틸에테르, 에틸렌 글리콜 모노에틸에테르, 에틸렌 글리콜 모노메틸에테르, 에틸렌 글리콜 모노페닐에테르, 라우릴알콜 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,고분자 혼합용액이 고분자 물질 3 내지 20 중량%, 용매 성분 60 내지 96.5 중량% 및 비용매 성분 0.5 내지 20 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,고분자 혼합용액이 1 내지 50 중량%의 무기계 충진재를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,무기계 충진재가 실리카, 알루미나, 제올라이트(zeolite), 티타늄 산화물, 마그네슘 산화물, 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계(b)의 용매 제거 공정을, 고분자 혼합용액층을 상온 및 상압하 상대습도 20% 내지 60%에서 5 초 내지 24 시간 동안 둠으로써 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계(c)의 비용매 제거 공정을, 고분자 혼합용액층을 30 내지 120 ℃ 및 10 mmHg 이하의 감압하에 둠으로써 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계(c)의 비용매 제거 공정을, 고분자 혼합용액층으로부터 별도의 추출용매에 의해 비용매 성분을 추출한 후 25 내지 100 ℃에서 감압하에 두어 추출용매를 제거함으로써 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,추출용매가 메탄올, 에탄올, 디에틸에테르, 디메틸에테르, 디메톡시에탄, 디에톡시에탄, 디메틸카보네이트, 디에틸카보네이트 및 헥산 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중의 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 다공성 고분자막을, 불활성기체 분위기 하에서 리튬염이 포함된 액체 전해질에 10 내지 50 ℃에서 1 내지 24 시간 동안 함침시키는 것을 포함하는, 하이브리드형 고분자 전해질의 제조 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,액체 전해질이 전체 고분자전해질의 양을 기준으로 30 내지 90 중량%의 범위의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,리튬염이 과염소산리튬염(LiClO4), 리튬 헥사플루오로포스페이트(LiPF6), 리튬 테트라플로오로보레이트(LiBF4), 리튬 헥사플루오로알세네이트(LiAsF6), 리튬 트리플루오로메탄술포네이트(LiCF3SO3), 리튬 비스(트리플루오로메탄술폰)이미드 (LiN(CF3SO2)2), 리튬 트리스(트리플루오로메탄술폰)메타이드(LiC(CF3SO2)3) 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,액체 전해질 중의 액체 성분이 에틸렌카보네이트, 프로필렌카보네이트, 감마-부티로락톤, 디메틸카보네이트, 디에틸카보네이트, 테트라하이드로퓨란, 1,4-디옥센(1,4-dioxane), 2-메틸테트라히드로푸란, 디메틸술폭시드, 술포란(sulforane), N-메틸피롤리돈, N,N-디메틸포름아미드, 디메메톡시에탄, 디글림(diglyme), 트리글림(triglyme), 테트라글림(tetraglyme) 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항의 방법에 의해 제조되며, 다공성 고분자 막 10 내지 60 중량 %, 유기용매 30 내지 89 중량% 및 리튬 염 1 내지 40 중량%를 포함하는, 하이브리드형 고분자 전해질.
- (a) 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중의 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 제조된 다공성 고분자막을 양극판과 음극판 사이에 삽입하고,(b) 단계(a)에서 얻은 적층물을 60 내지 180 ℃의 온도 및 5000 내지 1000000 Pa 의 압력 하에서 접합하고,(c) 접합물을 불활성 기체 분위기하에서 리튬염이 포함된 액체 전해질에 함침시키는것을 포함하는, 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 18 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.
- (a) 금속 메쉬 위에, 활물질, 도전재, 접착재 및 용매를 포함하는 슬러리를 30 내지 2000 ㎛의 두께로 균일하게 도포하여 건조함으로써 제1 전극층을 형성하고,(b) 상기 제1 전극층위에, 고분자 물질 및 상기 고분자 물질에 대한 용매 성분 및 비용매 성분을 포함하는 고분자 혼합용액을 부어 두께 50 내지 2000 ㎛의 고분자 혼합용액층을 형성하고,(c) 고분자 혼합용액층 위에, 활물질, 도전재, 접착재, 용매로 이루어진 슬러리를 30 내지 2000 ㎛의 두께로 균일하게 도포하여 건조함으로써 제2 전극층을 형성하고 (이때, 상기 제1 전극층과 상기 제2 전극층은 서로 다른 극을 갖는다),(d) 상기 단계(c)에서 얻은 적층물의 고분자 혼합용액층으로부터 용매를 증발시킨 후 용매추출법에 의해 비용매를 제거하고,(e) 단계(d)에서 얻은 적층물을 상온 내지 180 ℃의 온도 및 5000 내지 1000000 Pa 의 압력 하에서 접합하고,(f) 접합물을 불활성 기체 분위기하에서 리튬염이 포함된 액체 전해질에 함침시키는것을 포함하는, 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 20 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.
