Claims (8)
- 표면에 금속 산화물 층이 형성된 리튬 전이 금속 산화물을 포함하는 양극 활물질로 제조된 양극;흑연화 촉매 효과가 있고, 표면 구조 개질 가능한 원소를 포함하며, 다층 구조를 갖는 음극 활물질로 제조된 음극; 및상기 양극 및 음극에 함침된 전해질을을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 활물질은 하기 화학식 1 내지 12의 화합물인 것인 리튬 이차 전지.[화학식 1]LixMnA2[화학식 2]LixMnO2-zAz[화학식 3]LixMn1-yM'yA2[화학식 4]LixMn2O4[화학식 5]LixMn2O4-zAz[화학식 6]LixMn2-yM'yA4[화학식 7]LixBA2[화학식 8]LixBO2-zAz[화학식 9]LixB1-yM'yA2[화학식 10]LixNiCoA2[화학식 11]LixNiCoO2-zAz[화학식 12]LixNi1-y-zCoyM'zA2(상기 식에서, 1.0 ≤ x ≤ 1.1, 0.01 ≤ y ≤ 0.1, 0.01 ≤ z ≤ 0.5이며, M'은 Al, Cr, Mn, Fe, Mg, La, Ce, Sr 및 V로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 전이 금속또는 란타나이드 금속 중 하나 이상의 금속이고, M'은 Al, Cr, Co, Mg, La, Ce, Sr 및 V로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 전이 금속 또는 란타나이드 금속 중 하나 이상의 금속이며, A는 O, F, S 및 P로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고, B는 Ni 또는 Co이다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 활물질의 금속 산화물 층의 두께는 1 내지 100㎚인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은 결정질 탄소 코어 및 이 코어 위에 형성된 탄소 쉘을 포함하며, 이 탄소 쉘은 전이 금속, 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토금속, 3A족, 3B족, 4A족, 4B족 반금속, 5A족 및 5B족 원소로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 흑연화 촉매 효과가 있고, 표면 구조 개질 가능한 원소를 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은 결정질 탄소 코어 및 이 코어 위에 형성되고, 전이 금속, 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토금속, 3A족, 3B족, 4A족, 4B족 반금속, 5A족 및 5B족 원소로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 흑연화 촉매 효과가 있고, 표면 구조 개질 가능한 원소를 포함하는 탄소 쉘을 포함하는 일차 입자를 포함하며, 하나 이상의 일차 입자들이 조립되어 이차 입자를 형성하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은 결정질 탄소 코어, 이 코어 위에 형성되고 전이 금속, 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토금속, 3A족, 3B족, 4A족, 4B족 반금속, 5A족 및 5B족 원소로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 흑연화 촉매 효과가 있고, 표면 구조 개질 가능한 원소를 포함하는 제 1 층 및 상기 제 1 층위에 형성되고, 준결정질 탄소를 포함하는 제 2 층을 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 원소는 Mn, Ni, Fe, Cr, Co, Cu 및 Mo로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 전이 금속; Na 또는 K의 알칼리 금속; Ca 또는 Mg의 알칼리 토금속; Sc, Y, La 및 Ac로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 3A족 반금속; B, Al 및 Ga로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 3B족 반금속; Ti 또는 V의 4A족 반금속; Si, Ge 및 Sn로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 4B족 반금속; V, Nb 및 Ta로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 5A족 원소; 및 P, Sb 및 Bi로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 5B족 원소로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은 상기 원소를 0.1 내지 5 중량% 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
