Claims (5)
- 다이아몬드계 절삭공구의 블랭크를 생크에 접합하여 절삭공구를 제조하는 절삭공구의 제조방법에 있어서,용접하기 위한 공구시편, 블랭크, 및 용접용 금속(용접재)이 놓이는 챔버 내부의 진공도를 0.001∼20 torr의 저진공 분위기 조절을 하고, 순간가열방식으로 1분당 500-1000℃ (500-1000/min)의 급승온 열원으로 블랭크를 가열하여 700-1200℃의 온도에서 짧은 유지시간으로 블랭크와 용접재를 생크에 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순간가열과 냉각방식을 이용한 다이아몬드계 절삭공구의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 순간가열방식의 열원이 할로겐 램프를 이용한 광가열 방식인 것을 특징으로 하는 순간가열과 냉각방식을 이용한 다이아몬드계 절삭공구의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 순간가열방식의 열원이 투명한 석영재의 투시창을 통하여 접합하고자 하는 공구시편의 블랭크에 복사열을 직접 비치도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순간가열과 냉각방식을 이용한 다이아몬드계 절삭공구의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다이아몬드계 절삭공구의 블랭크가 소결입방정질화붕소(PCBN)계인 것을 특징으로 하는 순간가열과 냉각방식을 이용한 다이아몬드계 절삭공구의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 방법에 의해 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 순간가열과 냉각방식을 이용한 다이아몬드계 절삭공구.
