- 제1항에 있어서,오르토인산과 요소의 반응시의 몰 비가 오르토인산:요소 = 1:1∼1:5로 반응하여 얻어진 폴리인산-요소 축합체 또는 인산-요소 폴리머를 유효성분으로 함유하는반도체 디바이스 제조 프로세스 또는 액정 디바이스 제조 프로세스에서 금속(반금속 포함) 또는 글라스 표면의 에칭 잔류물이나 분순물 제거용 세정제.
