Claims (4)
- 지방산을 이용한 다이머산의 제조방법에 있어서,15∼25℃의 타이터(Titer) 온도를 가지며, 불포화지방산 함량이 65∼85%인 지방산 100중량부에 대하여 0∼30℃의 물 5∼40중량부를 첨가하고, 100∼1000rpm으로 5∼30분 교반하여 유동성 있는 페이스트(paste)상을 얻은 다음, 원심분리하여 고상의 포화지방산을 제거하여 불포화지방산의 함량이 85∼95%되는 액상의 불포화지방산을 제공하는 단계; 및상기 액상의 불포화지방산 100중량부에 대하여 물 0.5∼5중량부, 몬모릴로나이트계 산성백토 또는 리튬안정화 몬모릴로나이트계 산성백토 0.5∼5중량부를 혼합한 후, 180∼270℃ 및 8∼30㎏/㎠에서 4∼8시간 중합반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지방산을 이용한 다이머산의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 지방산이 대두지방산, 채종지방산, 카놀라유지방산, 잇꽃종자유지방산, 해바라기유지방산, 아마유지방산, 면실지방산, 옥배지방산, 소액배아지방산, 미강지방산, 팜오일지방산, 코코넛지방산, 우지지방산, 돈지지방산 또는 어유지방산임을 특징으로 하는 지방산을 이용한 다이머산의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 물의 온도가 20∼25℃임을 특징으로 하는 지방산을 이용한 다이머산의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 물의 양이 20∼30중량부임을 특징으로 하는 지방산을 이용한 다이머산의 제조방법.
