Claims (1)
- 도금욕조(10)와, 에어 나이프(20)와, 냉각탑(30)과, 스킨패스밀(40)과, 텐션레벨러(50)와, 크로메이트 처리설비(60)와, 출측루퍼(70)를 구비하여서 된 통상의 연속 용융도금 출측라인에 있어서, 상기 냉각탑(30)의 후방과 스킨패스밀(40)의 사이에는, 스킨패스밀(40)의 롤을 교환하기 위하여 스트립(S)의 진행을 정지시킬 때에 스킨패스밀(40)의 전방에서 계속적으로 공급되는 스트립(S)을 저장해주는 미니루퍼(90)를 설치하여, 상기 스킨패스밀(40)의 롤을 교환할 때에 도금욕조(10) 및 에어 나이프(20)와 냉각탑(30)으로 스트립(S)을 계속진행시켜 상기 미니루퍼(90)에 저장되게 하고, 상기 스킨패스밀(40)의 롤이 교환되는 미니루퍼(90)의 후방에서부터 크로메이트 처리설비(60)까지는 스트립(S)의 진행을 일시 정지시키며, 상기 크로메이트 처리설비(60)의 후방에 구비된 출측루퍼(70)는 가동시켜 이미 저장되어 있는 스트립(S)을 공급해 줌으로서 도금설비의 정지없이 연속적으로 정상조업을 할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 용융도금 출측라인의 스킨패스밀 교환방법.
