Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the shape revision of plated steel sheet and draw-out operation easy, by providing the steel sheet revision and draw-out mechanisms in the cooling tower of plating facility. CONSTITUTION:Each one of deflector rolls 9a, 9b is provided to each rising part and falling part and simplified two-roll system is constituted in the continuous high speed hot dipping apparatus. Hereby, meandering of the steel sheet 7 is made none and about 25% struck flaw or pressed flaw or the roll is lightened. Further, the guide rolls 13a, 13b for looper, are arranged at the lower part of pass line between the rolls 9a and 9b and the sheet 7 cut on the upper part of the jet nozzle 9 and the deflector roll before the mist spray tank 11, is sent between the rolls 13a and 13b by driving the press rolls 10a and 10b by motor driving under pressure. Then, the loop 14 is made and the steel sheet is stored. Hereby, 30% draw-out operation is shortened.
