Abstract

본 발명의 전기 전환 또는 제어 유니트에서는 몇몇 부품들이 하우징(24)내에 배열 및 밀봉되어 있다. 플러그 본체(10)는 칼라 형상 전면판(13)의 구멍내에 수용되며, 그 자체로 하우징(24)의 가장자리에 고정된다. 플러그 본체(10)와 전면판(13) 사이의 연결은 전면판(13)과 플러그 본체(10)내에 있는 서로 대향한 홈(18, 19)에 삽입되어 하우징(24)에 의해 그 위치에 고정되는 정지 콤(21)에 의해 이루어진다.

[발명의 명칭]
자동차용 전환 및 제어 장치
[배경기술]
본 발명은 청구범위 독립항에 기재된 형태의 전기 장치, 특히, 차량용 전환 및 제어 장치에 관한 것이다.
독일연방공화국 특허공개공보 제33 10 477호에 공지되어 있는 이런 형태의 전기 장치에 있어서, 플러그 본체는 칼라(collar) 형상의 전면판내에 나사체결되며, 상기 전면판의 플러그 본체의 사이에는 밀봉재(seal)가 배치되어 있다. 전면판 및 나사체결된 플러그 본체는 스냅 장치(snap-in device)에 의해 하우징에 결합된 상태로 하우징내에 배치된다. 밀봉재는 하우징 가장자리와 전면판 사이에도 삽입된다. 이러한 전기 유니트는 전면판과 플러그 본체 사이의 나사체결부에서 밀봉문제가 발생한다는 단점을 갖고 있으며, 상기 나사체결부는 전면판과 플러그 본체 사이에 또는 하우징 가장자리와 전면판 사이에 삽입된 밀봉재에 의한 영향을 받지 않는다.
[본 발명의 이점]
대조적으로, 독립함의 특징적인 형상을 가진 본 발명에 따른 전기 장치는 외부로 통하는 구멍이 전혀 없는 상태로 연결되기 때문에, 플러그 본체와 전면판 사이의 연결부가 밀봉재에 의해 만족스럽게 밀봉될 수 있다는 장점을 갖는다. 정지콤(stop comb)의 치형부의 쐐기 형상 영역을 사용하여 나사체결에 비해 매우 적은 물리적 힘으로, 그리고, 보다 적은 장착 노력으로 확고하여 긴밀한 연결을 달성하는 것이 가능하다.

[실시예의 설명]
본 발명의 실시예를 도면을 참조로 하기에 보다 상세히 설명한다. 제1도의 참조번호 10은 밀봉되어 서로 절연된 플러그부인 다수의 평핀(11; flat pin)이 심어져 있으며, 그 안쪽 끝이 인쇄회로 기판(12)에 연결되어 있는 플러그 본체 정면부를 나타낸다. 칼라 형상 전면판(13)에는 구멍(14)이 구비되어 있으며, 링벽(15)에 의해 경계지워져 있다. 이 구멍(14)에는 적절하게 설계된 칼라(16)를 구비한 플러그 본체(10)가 수용된다.
밀봉재(17)는 플러그 본체(10)와 전면판(13)의 사이에 배열되어 있다. 플러그 본채(10)의 외측 가장자리에는 홈(18)이 설계되어 있으며, 전면판(13)의 내측 칼라부(20) 내에는 상기 홈(18)에 대응하는 홈(19)이 있다. 제2도 및 제3도에 도시된 바와 같이 정지 콤(21)의 쐐기 형상 처형부(22, 23)가 상기 홈(18, 19)내에 삽입된다. 치형부(22, 23)의 쐐기 형상 설계는 미리 조립된 밀봉재(17)가 전면판(13)과 플러그 본체(10) 사이에서 가압되게하여 전면판(13)내에 있는 구멍(14)의 밀봉을 달성한다. 정지 콤(21)이 완전히 삽입되면 2개의 부품(10, 13)은 완전히 연결된다.
상기한 바와 같이 연결된 조립체는 제어 유니트 하우징(24) 내로 밀어넣어지게 되며, 정지 콤(21)은 정지 콤(21)이 홈(18, 19)내로 완전히 삽입되어 있는 상태에서만 조립체를 제어 유니트 하우징(24)내로 밀어넣을 수 있도록 설계되어 있다. 상기 연결된 조립체가 하우징(24)내로 삽입됨과 동시에, 정지 콤(21)은 삽입 위치에서 하우징에 의해 고정되게 한다.
밀봉채(25)는 하우징 가장자리(24A)와 전면판(13)의 사이에 배열되어 먼지 및 습기의 침투를 막는다. 전면판과 하우징 사이의 연결은 도시된 바와 같이, 예컨대, 하우징 가장자리(24A)상에 설계되어 있는 바깥쪽으로 향하는 노우즈(27;nose)를 갖는 설상부(26)가 전면판내에 있는 적절한 오목부(28)내에 맞물리게 되는 스냅형식으로 이루어질 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 플러그 본체(10)내의 전면상에 배열되어 서로 절연되어 있는 플러그부(11)와 하우징(24)을 구비하고, 상기 플러그 본체(10)는 전면판에 고정되어 전면판(13)내의 칼라 형상 구멍(14)을 통해 돌출되어 있으며, 순차적으로, 상기 전면판은 상기 하우징(24)내에 고정되어 있는 자동차용 전환 및 제어장치에 있어서, 전면판(13)과 플러그 본체(10) 사이의 연결은 플러그 본체(10) 및 전면판(13)내에 있는 서로 대향되는 적절한 홈(18, 19)에 삽입되어 있는 정지 콤(21)에 의해 이루어지고, 상기 정지 콤(21)은 정지 콤(21)이 상기 홈(18, 19)내에 완전히 삽입되어 있을 때에만 전면판(13)에 연결되어 있는 플러그 본체(10)가 하우징(24)내로 삽입될 수 있으며, 상기 플러그 본체가 하우징(24)내로 삽입되었을 때, 상기 정지 콤이 그 위치에서 고정되도록 설계되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 전환 및 제어 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정지 콤(21)은 쐐기 형상 치형부(22, 23)를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 전환 및 제어 장치.
