Abstract
본 발명은 자동차용 카페트 이면재료 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 4겹의 저융점 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 구성된 펠트로 카페트 이면재료를 구성함으로써 흡차음 성능이 향상되며 카페트 외관품질이 향상되고 작업성이 향상되고 재생이 가능한 카페트 이면재료에 관한 것이다.
Description
본 발명은 자동차용 카페트 이면재료 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 4겹의 저융접 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 구성된 펠트로 카페트 이면재료를 구성함으로써 흡차음 성능이 향상되며 카페트 외관품질이 향상되고 작업성이 향상되고 재생이 가능한 카페트 이면재료에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차 플로어의 흡차음 성능과 쿠션성을 부여하기 위해 사용되는 카페트 이면재료는 현재 수지 펠트 또는 니들펠트(Needle felt)등을 사용하고 있으나, 수지 펠트의 경우 페놀 분진으로 인해 작업자의 건강에 유해하고 냄새가 강하다. 그리고, 굴곡진 플로어 부위에 밀착되지 않아서 흡차음 성능이 저하되는 문제가 있다.
따라서, 본 발명자는 상기와 같은 종래의 플로어용 재료의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 4겹의 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 펠트를 각층마다 천연섬유와 저융점 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유의 조성을 달리하여 구성하여 제조된 본 발명의 카페트 이면재료를 개발하게 되었다.
본 발명은 흡차음 성능이 개선되고 카페트 외관 품질을 향상시키며 작업성 향상 및 재활용이 가능한 카페트 이면재료를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
이하, 본 발명을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명은 천연섬유 5∼40중량부와 4겹의 저융점 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 구성된 펠트 10∼30중량부로 이루어진 카페트 이면재료에 관한 것을 포함한다.
이와 같은 본 발명을 더욱 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명은 흡차음 성능이 우수한 카페트 이면재료에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에서는 4겹의 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 펠트를 접착하여 이루어진다.
카페트 이면재료의 각층은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유와 천연섬유를 혼합하여 이루어지는 바, 여기서 천연섬유로는 면 또는 마를 사용한다.
그리고, 상기 재료의 조성비는 4겹의 저융점 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 구성된 펠트를 10∼30중량부 첨가하고 천연섬유를 5∼40중량부 함유한다.
여기서 4겹의 저융점 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트는 밀도가 조금식 다른 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 4겹으로 이루어진 것으로서, 맨 아래층은 성형이 가능한 고밀도층으로 하고, 중간의 두층은 맨 아래층보다는 밀도가 조금 작으며, 맨 위의 카페트와의 접촉부위는 쿠션층으로 밀도가 낮다.
본 발명의 카페트 이면재료는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지를 주성분으로 하고, 여기에 면 또는 마를 혼용하여 밀도를 조절한 것이다.
그리고, 여기에 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유를 혼합하여 바인더로 사용한다.
여기서, 맨하층의 펠트는 강성을 50∼100kg/cm2까지 조절할 수 있도록 제조됨으로써 흡차음 성능을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있다.
각 층의 접착은 140∼160℃의 열풍으로 강하게 관통시켜 내부의 저융점 섬유가 용융되어 섬유간의 접착이 이루어진다.
이와 같이 이루어진 본 발명의 카페트 이면재료는 그 흡차음 성능이 종래의 수지 펠트 또는 니들 펠트를 사용한 경우에 비하여 우수하여 해당분야에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.

- 천연섬유 5∼40중량부와, 4겹의 저융점 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 구성되어 있으며, 맨 아래층이 고밀도층이고, 중간의 두층은 맨 아래층보다는 밀도가 작으며, 맨 위의 카페트와의 접촉부위는 쿠션층으로 밀도가 낮은 층으로 구성되어 있는 펠트 10∼30중량부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 카페트 이면재료.
