Claims (4)
- 적어도 표면이 구리로 구성되는 구리재의 표면에 강인한 전기 절연층을 형성하는 방법에 있어서, 구리재를 헥사시아노철 착염의 산성욕중에서 전류밀도가 2A/dm2이하의 조건으로 양극 전해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리재 표면위에 강인한 전기 절연층 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구리재가 헥사시아노철 착염의 산성욕에서 착염농도가 5-100g/l이고 pH가 3-8이며, 전류밀도가 2A/dm2이하인 조건에서 양극 전해되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리재 표면위에 강인한 전기 절연층 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구리재가 헥사시아노철 착염의 산성욕에서 착염농도가 5-400g/l이고 pH가 3-8이며 전류밀도가 2A/dm2이하이고, 전해시간이 1-15분인 조건에서 양극 전해되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리재 표면위에 강인한 전기 절연층 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 표면이 구리로 이루어진 구리재가 밴드, 로드, 와이어, 연선, 튜브, 및 파이프로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리재 표면위에 강인한 전기 절연층 형성방법.
