Abstract
목적 측정결과의 읽어내기를 객체화하고 자동화하기 위한 것
구성 분사 밸브(11)가 용기(10)내의 경사 배치되며, 이 용기내에 차단밸브에 의해서 차단가능한 보상 용기(17)와 유리세관(14)으로 형성된 상승관이 개구되어 있으며, 세관의 액체레벨이 광원(18)에 의해서 조사되고 액체레벨의 검출을 위해서 직선적인 라인 카메라가 배치되어 있다.

본 발명은 청구범위 제 1 항의 상위개념에 기재된 검사장치에 관한 것이다.
이러한 종류의 공지된 검사장치에 의하면, 짧은 측정시간에서, 특히 측정결과의 육안으로의 읽어내기 정밀도에 기준해도 소요의 측정정밀도가 얻어진다.
본 발명의 과제는 읽어내기를 객체화하고 자동화하는데 있다.
상기 과제를 해결한 본 발명의 요지는 청구범위 제 1 항에 기재된 것과 같다.
본 발명의 효과는 측정이 그때마다의 최초의 액체 레벨로 즉시 개시할 수 있으므로 측정시간이 일정하고 짧은데 있다. 밸브내에 존재하는 공기는 측정결과에 영향을 주지 않는다.
제 1 도에서, 부호(10)은 용기를 나타낸다. 이 용기내에는 소위, 습식분사밸브(11)가 경사진 부착위치에 배치되어 있다. 이 분사밸브(11)의 전방부 또는 노즐(11A)은 압밀하게 봉해진 상태로 챔버(12)에 돌입하고 있으며, 이 챔버(12)는 통로(13)를 거쳐서 세관(14)으로 통하고 있다. 통로(13)에서는 다른 통로(16)가 상향으로 연장되어 있고 보상용기(17)내로 개구되어 있으며, 이 통로(16)는 차단밸브에 의해서 차단 가능하다.
분사밸브의 조립 부착후, 차단밸브(16)가 닫히며, 세관(14)의 최초의 액체 레벨이 측정된다. 이어서, 분사밸브가 검사압에 의해서 부하되며, 측정시간후에,세관내의 액체 레벨의 이동이 라인카메랑 의해서 정확하게 측정된다. 측정시간, 횡단면 및 세관내의 액체 레벨의 이동거리에서 젖음율이 계산된다.
Claims (1)
- 액체에 의해서 충전된 용기(10)내에 출구를 하향으로 하여 배치된 분사밸브(11)의 액압적인 젖음율을 검출하는 검사장치에 있어서,분사 밸브가 용기내에 경사로 배치되어 있으며, 이 용기내에는 차단밸브(15)에 의해서 차단가능한 보상용기(17)와, 유리세관(14)으로 형성된 상승관이 개구되어 있으며, 세관의 액체레벨이 광원에 의해서 조사되고, 액체레벨의 검출을 위해서 라인 카메라가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 검사장치.
