Abstract

1. Dispositivo dosificador con válvula de bola para un envase para líquidos, especialmente en una botella, preferentemente flexible, con una válvula de bola que al estar el envase en una posición inclinada, cierre su orificio de salida, caracterizado porque comprende un tubo de guía para la bola de válvula que presenta en su longitud por lo menos una abertura lateral que pasa al interior del envase, y que tiene en su extremo longitudinal opuesto al del orificio de salida y al asiento de la bola de válvula, un pared inferior que se ensancha en forma de embudo partiendo de la pared del tubo en una longitud que corresponde a groso modo por lo menos a la mitad del diámetro de la bola. 2. Dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la mitad del ángulo de conicidad, comprendida entre el eje longitudinal del tubo y la superficie de la zona en forma de embudo de la parte inferior, supone por lo menos 30º aproximadamente. 4. Dispositivo según una o varias de las reivindicaciones 1 a3, caracterizado porque el tubo de guía de la bola de válvula presenta una ranura longitudinal abierta hacia el interior del envase y que transcurre paralelamente al eje longitudinal del tubo. 5. Dispositivo según la reivindicación 4, caracterizado porque la ranura llega hasta la proximidad del asiento de bola de válvula previsto en la transición entre el tubo de guía de la bola de válvula y el orificio de salida. 6. Dispositivo según una o varias de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque el ancho de luz del tubo de guía de la bola de válvula es claramente mayor que el diámetro de la bola y éste claramente mayor que el ancho de la abertura o, bien, de la ranura longitudinal del tubo. 7. Dispositivo según una o varias de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizado porque una vez colocado en el envase para líquidos, éste se hace bascular primeramente a una posición inclinada media en la que la bola de válvula permanece en la zona en forma de embudo de la parte inferior adosada al tubode guía, y porque para interrumpir bruscamente la dosificación, se sigue inclinando el envase hasta que la bola de válvula desciende por el tubo de guía hasta el asiento de válvula. 8. Dispositivo dosificador, con válvula de bola, para un envase para líquidos.
