2. 발명이 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제
차량의 앞부분에 설치된 종래의 안개등은 외부로부터의 강한 충격, 예를 들어 돌이 튀거나, 그 외의 이유로 안개등이 파손되는 것을 예방하지 못함으로서, 주행중 안개등 파손으로 이한 각종 사고가 발생될 수 있는 문제점이 있었다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
차량의 앞범퍼 아래에 설치된 안개등을 구성함에 있어서, 상기 안개등의 선단에 커버체를 개폐가능하게 설치하되, 상기 커버체는 몸체에 레일을 형성하여 이 레일을 타고 이송시키고, 상기 커버체에는 이송벨트를 설치하여 정역모터와 결합시켜 정역모터의 구동에 의하여 커버수단이 개폐하게 하며, 상기 정역모터의 구동은 안개등이 점등될 때와 소등될 때 구동하도록 구성됨.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도
본 발명 커버장치는 안개등이 점등되면 개방되고, 안개등이 소등되면 닫히도록 하여 외부의 강한 충격으로부터 안개등의 파손을 방지함은 물론 주행중 안개등 파손으로 인해 발생될 수 있는 각종 사고를 미연에 예방할 수 있다.

본 발명은 안개등(Fog Lamp) 커버장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 차량의 안개등 선단에 보호용 커버를 개폐가능하게 설치하여 안개등이 점등되면 보호용 커버가 개방되고, 안개등이 소등되면 보호용 커버가 닫히도록 된 안개등 커버장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 차량의 앞부분에 설치된 종래의 안개등은 외부로부터의 강한 충격, 예를 들어 돌이 튀거나, 그 외의 이유로 안개등이 파손되는 것을 예방하지 못하였다. 즉, 외부로부터 강한 충격이 발생되면 안개등은 그대로 파손되었다.
이와 같이 안개등이 외부의 충격에 의해서 파손되면 안개등 전체를 교체해 주어야 함으로 교체에 따른 비용이 발생되었다. 또한, 이와 같이 안개등이 깨진 것을 발견하지 못한 상태에서 운전을 하다가 필요에 따라 안개등을 사용할 경우 안개등이 점등되지 않음으로서 유발되는 각종 사고를 예방할 수 없는 등의 많은 문제점이 내포되어 있는 것이다.
따라서, 본 발명은 이와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 안출된 것으로, 차량의 앞부분 아래에 장착된 안개등을 보호할 수 있는 보호용 커버를 안개등 선단에 개폐가능하게 설치함으로서 외부의 충격으로부터 안개등이 파손되는 것을 방지하여 안개등의 수명을 연장시키고, 주행중 안개등 파손으로 인해 발생될 수 있는 각종 안전사고를 미연에 예방할 수 있도록 된 안개등(Fog Lamp) 커버장치를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은 안개등과, 이 안개등의 주사공간을 형성하면서 안개등이 장착되는 범퍼, 상기 안개등과 범퍼사이에 상기 안개등의 전방을 선택적으로 개폐하는 커버수단을 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 커버수단은 독립되게 축지된 1쌍의 로울러와, 이들 로울러사이에서 일주하는 이송벨트를 구동시키는 모터, 이 모터가 구동됨에 따라 범퍼내측에서 슬라이드되는 커버체, 이 커버체가 슬라이드되도록 범퍼에 형성된 안내레일을 구성함을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본 발명을 첨부도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도는 차량의 앞범퍼 아래에 안개등이 장착된 상태를 도시하고 있는 사시도이고, 제2도는 본 발명의 요부 구성을 도시한 측단면도이다.
제2도에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 안개등 커버장치는 크게 안개등(10)과, 이 안개등(10)의 주사공간을 형성하면서 안개등(10)이 설치된 범퍼(70), 상기 안개등(10)과 범퍼(70)사이에서 안개등(10) 전방을 선택적으로 개폐하는 커버수단으로 이루어져 있다.
상기 커버수단은 독립되게 축지된 1쌍의 로울러(30)와; 이들 로울러(30)사이에서 일주하는 이송벨트(50)를 구동시키는 모터(60)와; 이 모터(60)가 구동됨에 따라 범퍼내측에서 슬라이드되는 커버체(20)와; 이 커버체(20)가 슬라이드되도록 범퍼(70)에 형성된 안내레일(40)로 구성되어 있다.
제1도와 같이 안개등(10)을 점등시키지 않은 상태에서는 커버체(20)가 안개등(10)의 선단에 닫힌 상태를 유지하고 있고, 안개등(10)을 점등하게 되면 상기 커버체(20)는 열리는 것이다.
제2도에서 보면, 상기 안개등(10)의 선단에 커버체(20)가 설치되어 안개등(10)이 보호되고 있음을 알 수 있다.
제3도는 본 발명의 요부 구성을 도시한 펑단면도로서, 커버체가 안개등(10) 선단에 설치되어 있는 상태를 평면에서 보여주고 있으며, 제4도는 본 발명의 작동상태를 설명하기 위하여 커버체(20)를 개폐시키는 요부 구조를 나타낸 것이다.
제3도 및 제4도에서 보는 바와 같이, 안개등(10)의 선단에 커버체(20)가 설치되어 있고, 상기 커버체(20)는 로울러(30)에 형성된 안내레일(40)에 결합되어져 있다.
또한, 상기 커버체(20)의 내측으로는 이송벨트(50)가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 이송벨트(50)는 정역모터(60)에 결합되어져 정역모터(60)의 정, 역 회전에 의해 커버체(20)를 개폐하는 것이다.
상기 정역모터(60)의 구동은 안개등(10)이 점등될 때와 소등될 때의 신호를 받아 구동되도록 되어 있어 안개등(10)이 점등될 때는 정역모터(60)가 정회전하여 커버체(20)를 개방하는 것이고, 안개등(10)이 소등될 때는 정역모터(60)가 역회전하여 커버체(20)를 닫음으로서 안개등(10)을 보호하는 것이다.
특히 본 발명은 커버체(20)의 안내홈(202)내에서 두 개의 정지된 로울러(30)를 따라 커버체(20)가 이동가능하며 이 로울러(30)네 권취된 이송벨트(50)가 상기 커버체(20)일체의 안내판(201)에서 한줄은 통과되게 하고 한줄은 고정시켜 두어 풀리(601)의 구동으로 고정된 쪽이 당겨져 커버체(20)가 이송되는 이송구조를 갖는다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 안개등(10)을 온 시키면 동시에 커버체(20)를 개방하기 위하여 정역모터(60)가 정회전하여 이송벨트(50)를 동작시키며 이송벨트(50)의 작동으로 커버체(20)를 열게 되는 것이다.
또한, 안개등(10)을 소등시키게 되면 안개등(10)이 소등되는 신호를 받아 정역모터(60)가 역회전을 실시하여 역시 이송벨트(50)를 역 방향으로 동작시켜 커버체(20)를 닫게 되므로 안개등(10)을 보호할 수 있는 것이다.
이상의 설명에서 알 수 있듯이 본 발명의 안개등 커버체에 의하면, 안개등이 점등되면 커버체가 개방되고, 안개등이 소등되면 커버체가 닫히도록 하여 외부의 강한 충격으로부터 안개등이 파손되는 것을 방지함으로서 안개등의 수명을 연장시키고, 주행중 안개등 파손으로 발생될 수 있는 각종 사고를 미연에 예방할 수 있는 잇점이 있다.

  1. 안개등 커버장치에 있어서, 안개등(10)과; 이 안개등(10)의 주사공간을 형성하면서 안개등(10)이 장착되는 범퍼(70); 상기 안개등(10)과 범퍼(70)사이에 상기 안개등(10)의 전방을 선택적으로 개폐하는 커버수단을 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 커버수단은 1쌍의 로울러(30)와; 이들 로울러(30)사이에서 일주하는 이송벨트(50)를 구동시키는 모터(60)와; 이모터(60)가 구동됨에 따라 범퍼(70)내측에서 슬라이드되는 커버체(20)와; 이 커버체(20)가 슬라이드되도록 범퍼(70)에 형성된 안내레일(40)을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 안개등 커버장치.
