Abstract

본 고안은 차량의 탑승자가 하차할 때 지면쪽을 조명하기 위한 도어램프에 관한 것으로, 종래의 도어스텝램프는 조도가 약하기 때문에 차량의 도어가 오픈될 때후방차량의 운전자가 식별하기가 어려웠고 차량의 탑승자가 차량에서 하차시 지면쪽을 충분하게 조명시켜주지 못하는 문제점이 있었는데 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위하여, 차량용 도어(3)를 이루는 도어이너판넬(1) 및 도어아웃터판넬(2) 사이에 힌지핀(6)을 중심으로 회동되며 수납되는 지면조명용 도어램프(4)를 구비하여 차량의 탑승자가 차량에서 하차시 차량의 도어(3)를 오픈시키면 상기 도어이너판넬(1) 및 도어아웃터판넬(2)사이로 부터 상기 도어램프(4)가 상기 힌지핀(6)을 중심으로 회동되며 빠져나오게 됨으로써 차량의 탑승자가 차량에서 하차시 지면쪽을 조명함과 더불어 후방차량의 운전자에게 상기 도어(3)가 오픈되어있음을 알려줄 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.

Description

차량용 도어램프
본 고안은 차량의 탑승자가 하차할 때 지면쪽을 조명하기 위한 도어램프에 관한 것으로, 특히 차량용 도어를 이루는 도어이너판넬 및 도어아웃터판넬 사이에 힌지핀을 중심으로 회동되며 수납되는 지면조명용 도어램프를 구비하여 차량의 탑승자가 차량에서 하차시 차량의 도어를 오픈시키면 상기 도어이너판넬 및 도어아웃터판넬 사이로 부터 상기 도어램프가 상기 힌지핀을 중심으로 회동되며 빠져나오게 됨으로써 차량의 탑승자가 차량에서 하차시 지면쪽을 조명함과 더불어 후방차량의 운전자에게 상기 도어가 오픈되어있음을 알려줄 수 있게 하도록 한 차량용 도어램프에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 차량용 도어를 이루는 도어트림(도시되지 않음)의 하측 소정부위에는 도어스텝램프(도시되지 않음)가 구비되게 되는데 상기 도어스텝램프는 상기 도어가 오픈되어있음을 후방차량의 운전자에게 알릴수 있도록 하고 있다.
그러나, 상기 도어스텝램프는 조도가 약하기 때문에 차량의 도어가 오픈될 때 후방차량의 운전자가 식별하기가 어려웠고 차량의 탑승자가 차량에서 하차시 지면쪽을 충분히 조명시켜주지 못하는 문제점이 있었다.
이에 본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해소하기위해 안출된 것으로, 차량용 도어를 이루는 도어이너판넬 및 도어아웃터판넬 사이에 힌지핀을 중심으로 회동되며 수납되는 지면조명용 도어램프를 구비하여 차량의 탑승자가 차량에서 하차시 차량의 도어를 오픈시키면 상기 도어이너판넬 및 도어아웃터판넬로 부터 상기 도어램프가 상기 힌지핀을 중심으로 회동되며 빠져나오게 됨으로써 차량의 탑승자가 차량에서 하차시 지면쪽을 조명함과 더불어 후방차량의 운전자에게 상기 도어가 오픈되어있음을 알려줄 수 있게 하도록 한 차량용 도어램프를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
도 1은 본 고안에 의한 차량용 도어램프를 나타내는 개략 부분 확대측면도이다.

상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은 차량용 도어를 이루는 도어이너판넬 및 도어아웃터판넬의 사이에 하측방향으로 도어램프가 구비되되, 상기 도어램프는 상기 도어이너판넬의 하측 소정부위에 고정되어 스프링이 탄지되는 힌지핀을 중심으로 소정각도만큼 회동되는 램프하우징과, 상기 램프하우징의 내측 소정부위에 구비되어 상기 도어가 오픈됨에 따라 점등되는 전구부와, 상기 램프하우징부의 개구측에 끼워지는 렌즈부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 예시도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명한다.
도 1에 도시된 바와같이, 도어이너판넬(1) 및 도어아웃터판넬(2)을 갖는 차량용 도어(3)에 있어서,
상기 도어이너판넬(1) 및 도어아웃터판넬(2)의 사이에 하측방향으로 도어램프(4)가 구비되되, 상기 도어램프(4)는 상기 도어이너판넬(1)의 하측 소정부위에 고정되어 스프링(5)이 탄지되는 힌지핀(6)을 중심으로 소정각도만큼 회동되는 램프하우징부(7)과, 상기 램프하우징부(7)의 내측 소정부위에 구비되어 상기 도어(3)가 오픈됨에 따라 점등되는 전구부(8)와, 상기 램프하우징부(7)의 개구측에 끼워지는 렌즈부(9)로 이루어지게 된다.
위와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용은 다음과 같다.
일반적으로, 차량의 탑승자가 차량에서 하차시 지면쪽을 조명함과 더불어 후방차량의 운전자에게 상기 도어가 오픈되어있음을 알려주고자 하는 경우에 본 고안에 의한 차량용 도어램프를 적용하게 되면 우선, 차량의 탑승자가 차량으로 부터 하차하기 위해 차량의 도어(3)를 오픈시키게 되면 상기 도어(3)를 이루는 도어이너판넬(1) 및 도어아웃터판넬(2)의 사이에 하측방향으로 구비되는 도어램프(4)가 차량의 조명전원(도시되지 않음)으로부터 전원을 공급받아 점등되게 된다.
또한, 상기 도어램프(4)를 이루는 램프하우징부(7)는 상기 도어이너판넬(1)의 하측 소정부위에 스프링(5)이 탄지되는 힌지핀(6)을 회동축으로 하여 고정되게 되는데 이때, 상기 도어(3)가 오픈됨에 따라 상기 램프하우징부(7)가 상기 스프링의 탄성력에 의해 상기 힌지핀(6)을 중심으로 소정각도만큼 회동되고 그에 따라 상기 도어램프(4)가 상기 도어이너판넬(1) 및 도어아웃터판넬(2) 사이로 부터 상기 힌지핀(6)을 중심으로 소정 각도로 회동되면서 빠져나오게 된다.
특히, 상기 램프하우징부(7)의 내측에는 차량의 조명전원으로부터 소정의 전원을 인가받아 점등되는 전구부(8)가 구비되고 개구측에는 렌즈부(9)가 끼어지게 된다.
또한, 차량의 탑승자가 상기 도어(3)를 닫게 되면 상기 램프하우징부(7)가 차량의 바디(도시되지 않음)측에 접촉되어 밀리게 되고 그에 따라 상기 도어램프(4)가 다시 상기 도어이너판넬(1) 및 도어아웃터판넬(2) 사이로 수납되게 된다.
위와같이, 본 고안에 의한 차량용 조명램프는 차량용 도어(3)를 이루는 도어이너판넬(1) 및 도어아웃터판넬(2) 사이에 힌지핀(6)을 중심으로 회동되며 수납되는 지면조명용 도어램프(4)를 구비하여 차량의 탑승자가 차량에서 하차시 차량의 도어(3)를 오픈시키면 상기 도어이너판넬(1) 및 도어아웃터판넬(2)사이로 부터 상기 도어램프(4)가 상기 힌지핀(6)을 중심으로 회동되며 빠져나오게 됨으로써 차량의 탑승자가 차량에서 하차시 지면쪽을 조명함과 더불어 후방차량의 운전자에게 상기 도어(3)가 오픈되어있음을 알려줄 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.

  1. 도어이너판넬(1) 및 도어아웃터판넬(2)을 갖는 차량용 도어(3)에 있어서,
    상기 도어이너판넬(1) 및 도어아웃터판넬(2)의 사이에 하측방향으로 도어램프(4)가 구비되되, 상기 도어램프(4)는 상기 도어이너판넬(1)의 하측 소정부위에 고정되어 스프링(5)이 탄지되는 힌지핀(6)을 중심으로 소정각도만큼 회동되는 램프하우징부(7)과, 상기 램프하우징부(7)의 내측 소정부위에 구비되어 상기 도어(3)가 오픈됨에 따라 점등되는 전구부(8)와, 상기 램프하우징부(7)의 개구측에 끼워지는 렌즈부(9)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 도어램프.
