Description
Claims (12)
- 지지체시이트와, 이 지지체시이트의 한쪽 또는 양쪽면상에 접착제층을 개재하여 1방향으로 배열된 강화섬유로 이루어지는 강화섬유시이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강화섬유는 강성이 높은 제1의 강화섬유와 인성이 높은 제2으 강화섬유로 이루어지는 강화섬유시이트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제1의 강화섬유의 탄성률은 5ton/mm2이상이고 제2의 강화섬유의 파단신도가 1.2%이상이고 동시에 제1의 강화섬유의 파단신도보다도 20%이상 큰 강화섬유시이트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지체시이트가 수지침투성을 가진 강화섬유시이트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지체시이트가 두께 5-100㎛이하의 글래스크로스인 강화섬유시이트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착제층중에, 경화제에 의한 실온경화형 매트릭스수지의 경화를 촉진하는 경화촉진제가 배합되어 있는 강화섬유시이트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 매트릭스수지가 퍼옥사이드계 경화제를 배합한 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지로 이루어지고, 접착제층이 에폭시수지로 이루어지고, 경화촉진제가 코발트계 경화촉진제로 이루어진 강화섬유시이트.
- 지지체시이트의 한쪽 또는 양쪽면상에 접착제층을 형성하여 강화섬유를 접착함으로써, 한쪽 또는 양쪽면상에 접착제층을 개재하여 강화섬유를 1방향으로 배열한 강화섬유시이트의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 접착제층상에 강화섬유의 섬유속을 간격을 두고 또는 두지 않고 1방향으로 배열하여, 섬유속을 위에서 눌러 뭉갬으로써 접착제층상에 강화섬유를 접착하고, 이에 의하여 적어도 한쪽면상에 접착제층을 개재하여 강화섬유를 1방향으로 배열한 강화섬유시이트의 제조방법
- 제4항에 있어서, 지지체시이트가 두께 5-100㎛이하의 글래스크로스인 강화섬유시이트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 접착제층중에, 경화제에 의한 실온경화형 매트릭스수지의 경화를 촉진하는 경화촉진제가 배합되어 있는 강화섬유시이트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 접착제층중에, 경화제에 의한 실온경화형 매트릭스수지의 경화를 촉진하는 경화촉진제가 배합되어 있는 강화섬유시이트.
