Abstract

본 고안은 밧데리단자와의 연결이 곤란하여 밧데리단자 각도를 변경하여야 할 필요가 있는 경우에 적당하도록 한 시동모터용 터미날아답터에 관한것이다.
본 고안은 시동모터본체의 후단부에 설치되는 터미날단자를 밧데리단자 삽입방향을 향하게 터미날아답터 추가 조립구성으로 터미날볼트의 각도를 자유롭게 조정하면서 밧데리단자를 삽입고정토록 하여 밧데리단자를 간편용이하게 삽입고정토록 함과 아울러 각도를 자유롭게 하여 밧데리단자를 삽입고정토록 하려는 것이 그 특징이다.

본 고안의 시동모터용 터미날아답터(Terminal Apapter)에 관한 것으로서, 특히 밧데리단자와의 연결이 곤란하여 밧데리단자 각도를 변경하여야 할 필요가 있는 경우에 적당하도록 한 시동모터용 터미날아답터에 관한것이다.
종래의 시동모터용 터미날 아답터는 제1도 및 제2도에서와 같이 시동모터본체(1)의 후단부에 밧데리단자 조립방향과 직각으로 되게 터미날 단자(2)를 설치하여 구성하였는바, 이와같이 설치된 터미날단자(2)는 밧데리 조립방향이 지면으로부터 수직이므로 밧데리단자를 터미날단자(2)와 연결시 수직방향으로 된 밧데리단자를 직각방항으로 구부려 조립하여야 하므로 조립이 난이할뿐만아니라 조립불량이 빈번하여 일정기간 사용시 밧데리단자가 터미날단자로부터 이탈하여 재조립하여야 하는 문제점등이 야기되었다.
본 고안은 상기한 종래의 제 문제점등을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로서 본 고안의 그 주된 목적으론, 시동모터본체의 후단부에 설치되는 터미날 단자를 밧데리단자삽입방향을 향하게 터미날아답터 추가 조립구성으로 터미날볼트의 각도를 자유롭게 조정하면서 밧데리단자를 삽입고정토록 하여 밧데리단자를 간편용이하게 삽입고정토록 함과 아울러 각도를 자유롭게 하여 밧데리단자를 삽입고정토록 하려는 것이 그 특징이다.
상기의 목적을 달성할 수 있는 본 고안을 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제3도는 본 고안이 적용된 시동모터의 단면도이고, 제4도는 제3도의 일측면도이며, 제5도는 본 고안의 요부발췌 확대도이다.
제3도내지 제5도에서와 같이 시동모터본체(101)의 후단부에 밧데리단자 조립방향과 직각으로 되게 설치한 터미날단자(102)에 직각으로 절곡된 아답터(103)를 체결하고, 이 아답터(103)의 체결 타측 수평부에는 터미날볼트(104)와 와셔(105)를 조립설치하여 구성된 것이다.
이때 상기 아답터(103)는 밧데리단자의 조립방향에 따라 절곡각도를 자유롭게 변경할수도있다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 시동모터본체(101)의 후단부에 설치한 터미날단자(102)에 직각으로 절곡된 아답터(103)를 체결고정하여 이 아답터(103)에 와셔(105)를 이용하여 터미날 볼트(104)를 고정한 후, 이 터미날 볼트(104)에 조립방향과 일직선 밧데리단자를 간편용이하게 사용하므로서 조립시간을 가일층 줄일 수 있고 조립이 용이하게 되는 것이다.
이상 설명한 바와같이 밧데리전원을 시동모터본체 스위치에 연결할 때 시동모터본체의 후단부에 설치된 터미날단자에 밧데리단자의 조립방향과 동일한 방향으로 별도의 아답터를 추가설치한후, 이 아답터에 와셔를 이용하여 터미날볼트를 조립설치하므로서 밧데리단자를 간편용이하게 연결설치할 수 있도록 하므로서 조립시간을 현저히 줄일 수 있도록 한 매우 유용한 고안이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 시동모터본체(101)의 후단부에 설치한 밧데리단자 조립방향과 직각으로 되게 설치한 터미날단자(102)에 직각으로 절곡된 아답터(103)를 체결하고, 이 아답터(103)의 체결 타측 수평부에는 터미날 볼트(104)와 와셔(105)를 조립설치하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 시동모터용 터미날아답터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아답터(103)를 밧데리단자의 삽입방향과 동일한 각도로 자유롭게 조절할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 시동모터용 터미날아답터.
