Claims (7)
- 열가소성 합성섬유를 제조함에 있어서, 폴리머의 용융방사후 방사구와 냉각구역 사이를 고온의 불활성기체로 밀폐한 후, 구금 하부위치에 장착된 수용액공급장치로부터 공급되는 수용성 유제 수용액으로 방출사조의 냉각고화와 동시에 유제를 부여하고, 방출사조를 인취하여 미연신사를 제조한 후 수득된 미연신사를 권취하고 통상의 연신배율로 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 합성섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용액공급장치를 구금직하로부터 70~300cm 떨어진 위치에 장착하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 합성섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 칩의 상대점도가 3.0~3.6인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 합성섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미연신사의 복굴절률이 10×10-3이하로 되도록 방출사조를 인취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 합성섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 유제 수용액은 수용성 에스테르계 및 에테르계 유제가 전체수용액에 대하여 10~60중량% 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 합성섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유제 수용액의 온도가 40℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 합성섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 권취속도 400~700m/min으로 미연신사를 권취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 합성섬유의 제조방법.
