Abstract

본 고안은 자동차용 안개등 그릴에 관한 것으로서, 자동차의 범퍼페시아(40) 일측에 장착되는 안개등 그릴(10)에 있어서, 상기 안개등 그릴(10)의 커버(20)의 내측 외주에 돌출된 돌기부(60)를 구비하고, 상기 범퍼페시아(40)에 상기 돌기부(60)에 대응한 절곡된 걸림턱(50)을 구비함으로써, 안개등 그릴 커버의 돌기부와 범퍼페시아의 걸림턱이 밀착되므로, 안개등 그릴의 흔들림으로 생기는 소음을 없앨 수 있는 유용한 것이다.

Description

자동차용 안개등 그릴
본 고안은 자동차용 안개등 그릴에 관한 것으로서, 안개등 그릴에 돌기부를 형성하고 이에 대응한 범퍼페시아에 걸림턱을 형성하여 주므로써 차량의 유동에도 흔들리지 않도록 한 자동차용 안개등 그릴에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 안개등이 장착되지 않는 차량에서 안개등 그릴은 범퍼페시아에 안개등이 장착된 소정부위에 안개등을 대신하여 장착된다.
첨부된 도면 도 1은 종래의 안개등 그릴이 장착된 범퍼페시아를 나타낸 사시도이고. 도 2는 도 1의 A-A선 단면도이다.
도시된 바와 같이 범퍼페시아(40)의 양측에 안개등 그릴(10)이 장착된다. 이때 안개등 그릴(10)의 커버(20) 양측단에는 길이가 다른 두 개의 브라켓(30,31)이 형성되어 일측의 브라켓(30)은 범퍼페시아(40)에 끼워맞춤되고 타측의 브라켓(31)은 탭이 형성되어 있어 범퍼페시아(40)에 볼팅되어 장착된다.
이와 같은 안개등 그릴을 범퍼페시아에 장착할 때 안개등 그릴 커버의 외주면과 범퍼페시아가 정확하게 일치되지 않으므로 안개등 그릴 커버와 범퍼페시아사이에 틈새가 발생하게 되어 차량 운행시에 차량의 유동에 의해 안개등 그릴이 흔들리게 되어 쉽게 이탈되거나 소음이 발생하는 등의 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 안개등 그릴 커버를 범퍼페시아의 일측에 장착할 때 안개등 그릴과 범퍼페시아를 정확하게 일치시켜 안개등 그릴과 범퍼페시아사이의 틈새를 제거하여 안개등 그릴의 흔들림을 방지할 수 있는 자동차용 안개등 그릴을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상술한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안의 기술적 구성은 안개등 그릴 커버의 내측 외주상면에 돌출된 돌기부를 형성하고, 상기 안개등 그릴 커버와 맞닿는 부분의 범퍼페시아에 걸림턱을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하여 안개등 그릴과 범퍼페시아가 밀착되도록 하여 안개등 그릴의 흔들림을 방지한 것이다.

이하 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
첨부된 도면 도 3은 본 고안의 안개등 그릴이 장착된 범퍼페시아의 단면도를 도시한 것으로서, 자동차의 범퍼페시아(40) 일측에 장착되는 안개등 그릴(10)에 있어서, 상기 안개등 그릴(10)의 커버(20)의 내측 외주에 돌출된 돌기부(60)를 구비하고, 상기 범퍼페시아(40)에 상기 돌기부(60)에 대응한 절곡된 걸림턱(50)을 구비한다.
이와 같이 이루어진 본 고안의 자동차용 안개등 그릴을 첨부도면 도 3을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
안개등 그릴(10)을 범퍼페시아(40)에 장착할 시 안개등 그릴(10) 커버(20)의 돌기부(60)가 범퍼페시아(40)의 걸림턱(50)에 걸려 밀착되므로 두 개의 브라켓(30,31)을 범퍼페시아(40)에 장착하면 안개등 그릴(10)이 흔들리지 않게 된다.
이상에서 살펴 본 바와 같이, 본 고안의 자동차용 안개등 그릴에 의하면, 안개등 그릴 커버의 돌기부와 범퍼페시아의 걸림턱이 밀착되므로, 안개등 그릴의 흔들림으로 생기는 소음을 없앨 수 있는 유용한 것이다.

  1. 자동차의 범퍼페시아(40) 일측에 장착되는 안개등 그릴(10)에 있어서, 상기 안개등 그릴(10)의 커버(20)의 내측 외주에 돌출된 돌기부(60)를 구비하고, 상기 범퍼페시아(40)에는 상기 돌기부(60)에 대응한 걸림턱(50)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 안개등 그릴.
