Abstract

본 고안은 승객이 뒷좌석에 승차하고 도어가 닫히면 이를 센서가 감지하여 에어를 차량의 측면내부에 형성된 고무튜브로 유입하여 팽창시키므로서 충돌이 발생하면 충격을 완화하도록 하는 자동차의 뒷좌석 측면 충돌에 대비한 에어쿠션장치에 관한 것으로 일반적으로 차량의 측면충돌시 도어에 내장된 사이드 임팩트바(Side impact bar)를 제외하고 충격을 완화하는 적극적인 장치가 미비하여 측면충돌이 발생하면 승객의 상해위험이 높은 문제점이 있어왔던바 차량에 승객이 탑승하고 도어가 닫히면 이를 센서가 감지하여 밸브가 열리며 에어를 도어 측면내부에 형성된 고무튜브로 유입시켜 고무튜브를 전방으로 팽창시키고 일정한 압력에 도달하면 압력센서가 이를 감지하여 밸브를 닫음으로서 측면 충돌에 대비하여 승객의 안전도를 향상시키는 효과를 갖는 자동차의 뒷좌석 측면충돌에 대비한 에어쿠션장치에 관한 고안이다.

자동차의 뒷좌석 측면충돌에 대비한 에어쿠션장치

본 고안은 자동차의 뒷좌석 측면충돌에 대비한 에어쿠션장치에 관한 것으로 특히, 승객이 뒷좌석에 승차하고 도어가 닫히면 이를 센서가 감지하여 에어를 차량의 측면내부에 형성된 고무튜브로 유입하여 팽창 시키므로서 충돌이 발생하면 충격을 완화하도록 하는 자동차의 뒷좌석 측면충돌에 대비한 에어쿠션장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 차량의 측면충돌시 도어에 내장된 사이드 임팩트바(Side impact bar)를 제외하고 충격을 완화하는 적극적인 장치가 미비하여 측면충돌이 발생하면 승객의 상해위험이 높은 문제점이 있어왔다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 감안하여 안출된 것으로 차량에 승객이 탑승하고 도어가 닫히면 이를 센서가 감지하여 밸브가 열리며 에어를 도어 측면내부에 형성된 고무튜브로 유입시켜 고무튜브를 전방으로 팽창시키고 일정한 압력에 도달하면 압력센서가 이를 감지하여 밸브를 닫음으로서 측면 충돌에 대비하는데 본 고안의 목적이 있다.
이하 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 고안을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도 및 제2도는 본 고안의 에어쿠션의 작동 상태를 나타내는 사시도와 구성단면도로서 공지의 뒷좌석 시트부(2) 양측면에 일측이 장착되는 고무튜브(1)의내부에 인장 스프링(7)이 형성되고 일측에는 외형을 형성하는 패드(6)가 장착되고 반대측에는 압력 감지센서(3)가 측벽에 형성되며 에어를 공급하는 에어홀(8)이 형성되고 이와 연결되는 에어호스(4)와 밸브(5)로 구성되는 자동차의 뒷좌석 측면충돌에 대비한 에어쿠션장치이다.
이와 같이 구성되는 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
승객이 승차후 도어를 닫으면 감지센서(미도시)가 이를 감지하여 에어탱크(미도시)와 연결되어 있는 밸브(5)를 개방하여 에어가 에어큐션(1)내로 유입되어 에어큐션(1)을 팽창시키므로서 뒷좌석(2)의 측면부에 전개되도록 하고 에어큐션(1)의 내부가 일정한 압력에 도달하면 이를 압력 센서(3)가 감지하여 밸브(5)를 닫음으로서 에어의 유입을 조절한다.
한편 승객이 하차하고 도어를 닫을 시에는 이를 감지센서가 감지하여 상기와 반대로 에어큐선(1)내의 공기가 에어 탱크(미도시)로 유출되고 에어큐션(1) 내부에 형성된 인장 스프링(7)에 의하여 에어큐션(1)이 압축된다.
이상에서와 같이 본 고안에 의하면 차량에 승객이 탑승하고 도어가 닫히면 이를 센서가 감지하여 밸브가 열리며 에어를 도어 측면내부에 형성된 고무튜브로 유입시켜 고무튜브를 전방으로 팽창시키고 일정한 압력에 도달하면 압력센서가 밸브를 닫음으로서 측면 충돌에 대비하므로서 승객의 안전도를 향상시키는 효과를 갖는 유용한 고안이다.

  1. 공지의 뒷좌석 시트부(2) 양측면에 일측이 장착되는 고무튜브(1)의 내부에 인장 스프링(7)이 형성되고, 일측에는 외형을 형성하는 패드(6)가 장착되고, 반대측에는 압력 감지센서(3)가 측벽에 형성되며, 에어를 공급하는 에어홀(8)이 형성되고, 이와 연결되는 에어호스(4)와 밸브(5)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 뒷좌석 측면충돌에 대비한 에어쿠션장치.
