Abstract
본 고안은 자동차용 오존발생 공기정화기에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은 램프(1)가 설치된 차내 천정등 커버(2)의 측벽에는 통공(23)을 뚫고 커버(2)내에는 오존발생장치(4)를 설치하여 그 전방에는 모터(5)와 연결된 팬(6)을 설치하여서 된 것이며, 자동차내의 오염공기를 신속하게 정화하고자 한 것임.
Description
본 고안은 자동차내의 공기를 정화하는 공기정화기에 관한 것으로, 특히 자동차 내부의 공기를 자동으로 감지하여 정화시키는 매연감지센서와 오존발생장치를 자동차내의 상단부에 설치된 램프와 일체로 구비시켜 자동차내의 공기를 신속하게 정화하고자 한 자동차용 오존발생 공기정화기에 관한 것이다.
종래에도 자동차 내의 공기를 정화하기 위한 오존발생기가 공지되었으나 오존발생기를 별도로 구비하여야 하며, 운전석 또는 뒷부분에 설치하였기 때문에 설치장소가 마땅치않고 특히 오존발생기가 차내의 하부에 설치되므로 오염공기를 신속하게 정화시키지 못하였던 결점이 있었다.
따라서, 본 고안은 상기 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 이루어진 것으로써, 본 고안의 목적은 자동차 내부의 공기를 자동으로 감지하여 정화시키는 매연감지센서와 오존발생장치를 자동차내의 상단부에 설치된 램프와 일체로 구비시켜 자동차내의 공기를 신속하게 정화하고자 한 자동차용 오존발생 공기정화기를 제공하는데 있다.

상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 고안의 자동차용 오존발생 공기정화기는, 적어도 1개 이상의 램프(1)가 설치된 차내 천정등 커버(2)의 양쪽 측벽에 형성된 통공(3)과, 상기 통공(3)으로 흡입된 혼탁한 공기를 검출하기 위한 매연감지센서(8)와, 상기 매연감지센서에 의해 작동되며 상기 통공(3)으로 흡입된 혼탁한 공기를 정화시키기 위한 오존발생수단(4)과, 상기 통공(3)으로 차내의 공기를 강제로 흡입하기 위해 상기 커버(2)의 내부에 설치된 모터(5) 및 이에 연결된 팬(6)을 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
여기서, 상기 램프(1)와 매연감지센서(8)의 동작을 제어하는 조작 스위치가 상기 차내 실내등 커버(2)의 외부에 각각 추가로 구비된이 바람직하다.
이하, 본 고안의 일실시예에 관하여 첨부도면을 참고하면서 상세히 설명한다.
도1은 본 고안에 의한 자동차용 오존발생 공기정화기의 설치상태도를 도시한 것으로, 자동차의 룸천정에 부착된 것을 도시한 것이다.
도2는 본 고안에 의한 자동차용 오존발생 공기정화기의 단면도로서, 램프(1)가 설치된 차내 천정등 커버(2)의 측벽에는 통공(3)을 뚫고 커버(2) 내에는 오존발생장치(4)를 설치하여 그 전방에는 모터(5)와 연결된 팬(6)을 설치하여서 된 것으로, 오존발생장치(4)는 스위치(7)와 매연감지센서(8)와 연결하여 차내 혼탁여부에 따라 자동으로 오존발생장치가 동작되게 구성된 것이다.
여기서, 부호 9는 램프전환 스위치이고, 10은 공기휠터를 나타낸다.
상기 구성에 의한 동작을 도3에 도시된 회로도를 참조하여 설명한다.
먼저, 램프(1)는 공지된 바와같이 램프전환 스위치(3)에 의해 온(ON)/오프(OFF)되며, 오존발생장치는 스위치(7)에 의해 온(ON)/오프(OFF)된다.
한편, 매연감지센서(8)는 스위치(7)를 온(ON) 상태에 두면 차내 혼탁여부에 따라 자동으로 오존발생장치와 모우터가 가동된다. 그러므로 스위치(7)가 온(ON) 상태에서 차내공기가 오염되면 매연감지센서(8)가 작동되어 이송되는 공기는 다시 전방의 휠터에 의해 굵은 입자의 먼지등은 휠터링된다.
오존발생장치와 모우터가 동작되어 혼탁공기는 램프커버(2)의 측벽에 천공된 통공(3)을 통해 유입되어 오존발생장치에 의거 정화되어 팬을 통해 하부로 강제 이송시키게 된다.
앞에서 설명한 바와 같이, 본 고안의 자동차용 오존발생 공기정화기에 의하면, 자동차용 룸천정에 설치되어 실내의 공기가 혼탁할 때 이를 감지한 센서에 의해 자동으로 정화시키는 효과가 있으며, 또한 오존발생장치가 램프등과 결합되어 있으므로 별도의 오존발생장치의 구비가 필요없으며 팬에 의해 상부에서 하부로 차내공기를 강제 순환시키므로 공기의 순환효과가 높은 효과가 있다.
아울러 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예들은 예시의 목적을 위해 개시된 것이며, 당업자라면 본 고안의 사상과 범위 안에서 다양한 수정, 변경, 부가등이 가능할 것이며, 이러한 수정 변경등은 이하의 실용신안등록청구범위에 속하는 것으로 보아야할 것이다.
Claims (2)
- 자동차용 오존발생 공기정화기에 있어서, 적어도 1개 이상의 램프(1)가 설치된 차내 천정등 커버(2)의 양쪽 측벽에 형성된 통공(3)과, 상기 통공(3)으로 흡입된 혼탁한 공기를 검출하기 위한 매연감지센서(8)와, 상기 매연감지센서에 의해 작동되며 상기 통공(3)으로 흡입된 혼탁한 공기를 정화시키기 위한 오존발생수단(4)과, 상기 통공(3)으로 차내의 공기를 강제로 흡입하기 위해 상기 커버(2)의 내부에 설치된 모터(5) 및 이에 연결된 팬(6)을 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 오존발생 공기정화기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 램프(1)와 매연감지센서(8)의 동작을 제어하는 조작 스위치가 상기 차내 실내등 커버(2)의 외부에 각각 추가로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 오존발생 공기정화기.
