Abstract
본고안은 종래 전동밀러의 차체구조가 개방된 단면구조로 되어 있었기 때문에 나타났던 여러가지 문제점등을 해결보완하기위하여 안출된것으로서, 힌지보강판과 카울판넬의 사이에 사이드판넬과 연결판을 신설시키고, 상기 사이드판넬과 연결판의 하측에는 너트를 용접하고있는 밀러브라케트를 상측에 고정시키고 있는 밀러보강판을 카올판넬과 연결시킴으로서, 사이드판넬과 연결판 그리고 밀러보강판과 카울판넬이 이루는 박스형 폐단면구조에의해 차체구조를 보강하고 전동밀러에의한 차체변형방지 및 차체의 내구성을 향상시킬수있는 상용차용 전동밀러의 차체취부구조를 제공한다.This paper was devised to solve various problems such as the electric body of the electric mirror because of its open sectional structure, and a side panel and a connecting plate were newly installed between the hinge reinforcement plate and the cowl panel. 본고안은 자동차의 전동밀러에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 힌지보강판과 카울판넬의 사이에 사이드판넬과 연결판을 신설시키고, 상기 사이드판넬과 연결판의 하측에는 너트를 용접하고 있는 밀러브와 케트를 상측에 고정시키고 있는 밀러보강판을 카울판넬과 연결시킴으로서, 사이드판넬과 연결판 그리고 밀러보강판과 카울판넬이 이루는 박스형 폐단면구조에의해 차체구조를 보강하고 전동밀러에의한 차체변형방지및 차체의 내구성을 향상시킬수있는 상용차용 전동밀러의 차체취부구조에 관한것이다.The present invention relates to an electric mirror of an automobile, and in particular, a side panel and a connecting plate are newly installed between the hinge reinforcing plate and the cowl panel, and the lower side of the side panel and the connecting plate is provided with a mill and a welded nut. 종래 전동밀러의 차체취부구조는 제3도에 나타내었다. 즉, 아우트판넬(11)과 내측판넬(14)의 사이에는 너트(13)를 용접하고있는 힌지보강판(12)이 고정되어지고, 아우트판넬(11)의 하측단부에는 카울판넬(19)이 용접된 구성으로 되어있다. 이상과같이 종래의 구조는 카울판넬(19)의 상측부가 개방된 상태를 유지하고있기 때문에 전동밀러의 하중에 비하여 차체구조가 취약한 문제점등을 가지고 있었다.The vehicle body mounting structure of the conventional electric mirror is shown in FIG.
