-条件1(常温条件):試験片を別途熱処理なしに常温に放置する
-条件2(苛酷条件):試験片を約80℃オーブンに約300時間の間放置する
図2はVDA230-206の基本原理を図式化したものである。図2を参照すると、
材料Aと材料Bは同じ条件で熱処理された同じ材料であり、ばね成分によって移動相であ
る材料Aは、材料Bに対して相対的に動く。ばね成分によって材料が互いに加えられる力
(F)は40Nであり、スライドキャリッジ(sliding carriage)の
移動速度(V)は4mm/sであり、二つの材料試験片の接触面積は1,250mm
であった。ばねの移動現象はスティック(stick)とスリップ(slip)によるも
のであり、これを用いてきしみ音の評価を行った
