Claims (7)
- 電気機器を収容する電気機器用ケースであって、
開口を有するとともに同一平面で構成されて前記開口を囲う環状のケース側シール面を備えたケース本体と、
矩形の平板状カバー部と前記平板状カバー部の一辺に連なる湾曲カバー部とを備え、前記ケース本体に取り付けられて前記開口を覆うカバー体と、
同一平面で構成されて前記ケース側シール面に対向する環状のカバー側シール面を備え、前記カバー体に設けられて前記平板状カバー部及び前記湾曲カバー部の内側に配置された防水枠と、
前記ケース側シール面と前記カバー側シール面との間に設けられ、前記ケース側シール面と前記カバー側シール面との間を封止するシール部材と、を備えることを特徴とする電気機器用ケース。 - 前記防水枠が、前記平板状カバー部の前記一辺に平行に延びるとともに前記平板状カバー部から前記ケース側シール面に向かって前記湾曲カバー部の側に傾斜して延びて前記湾曲カバー部との間に連通部を形成する隔壁部を有する箱状に構成されている、請求項1に記載の電気機器用ケース。
- 前記ケース本体が、
第1壁と、
前記第1壁の第1の辺に連なる第2壁と、
前記第2壁に対向するとともに前記第1壁の第2の辺に連なる第3壁と、
前記第1壁の第3の辺、前記第2壁及び前記第3壁に連なる第4壁と、
前記第4壁に対向するとともに前記第1壁の第4の辺、前記第2壁及び前記第3壁に連なる第5壁と、を有する箱型であり、
前記カバー体が、
前記平板状カバー部と、
前記第2壁を覆う第1側面カバー部と、
前記第3壁を覆う第2側面カバー部と、
前記平板状カバー部と前記第1側面カバー部とに連なる第1の前記湾曲カバー部と、
前記平板状カバー部と前記第2側面カバー部とに連なる第2の前記湾曲カバー部と、を有する断面U字形状である、請求項1または2に記載の電気機器用ケース。 - 前記カバー側シール面が、前記湾曲カバー部よりも前記平板状カバー部から離れて配置されている、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の電気機器用ケース。
- 前記ケース本体に、前記開口から前記ケース本体の外側に向けて突出し、前記カバー側シール面の、前記平板状カバー部の前記一辺に直交する他辺に沿って延びる部分の、下方に配置された樋部材が設けられている、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の電気機器用ケース。
- 前記連通部が上下方向に延びる排水路である、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の電気機器用ケース。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の電気機器用ケースと、前記電気機器用ケースに収容された電気機器とを備えることを特徴とする電気機器装置。
