Claims (7)
- 内燃機関を冷却するための冷却水を循環させる機関冷却回路と、電気系デバイスを冷却するための冷媒を循環させる電気系冷却回路と、前記冷却水及び前記冷媒が通流し、当該冷却水と当該冷媒との間で熱交換する熱交換器とを備えたハイブリッド車両の冷却装置であって、
前記機関冷却回路は、
前記冷却水が常時、循環可能な主回路と、
冷却水を冷却するためのラジエータを有し、前記内燃機関と前記ラジエータとの間で前記冷却水を循環させるラジエータ回路と、
前記熱交換器を有するとともに冷却水が通流可能に構成され、当該熱交換器を通って流出した冷却水を前記主回路に戻すための熱交換用冷却水通流部と、
前記熱交換用冷却水通流部の上流端部に設けられ、前記内燃機関及び前記ラジエータの一方から流出した冷却水が前記熱交換器に流入するのを許可するよう、冷却水の流路を切り換え可能な流路切換部と、
を備えていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の冷却装置。 - 前記流路切換部は、前記内燃機関及び前記ラジエータから流出する冷却水が前記熱交換器に流入するのを阻止するよう、冷却水の流路を切り換え可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の冷却装置。
- 前記流路切換部は、前記内燃機関から流出した冷却水が通流する第1流路の下流端部と、前記ラジエータから流出した冷却水が通流する第2流路の下流端部と、前記熱交換用冷却水通流部の上流端部のうち、いずれか2つの端部を選択的に接続可能な三方弁で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の冷却装置。
- 前記電気系冷却回路の前記冷媒の温度を検出する冷媒温度検出手段と、
前記三方弁を制御する三方弁制御手段と、
をさらに備え、
前記三方弁制御手段は、前記検出された冷媒の温度が所定の第1しきい値よりも高いときに、前記第2流路の下流端部と前記熱交換用冷却水通流部の上流端部とを接続するように、前記三方弁を制御することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の冷却装置。 - 前記機関冷却回路の前記冷却水の温度を検出する冷却水温度検出手段を、さらに備え、
前記三方弁制御手段は、前記検出された冷却水の温度が前記検出された冷媒の温度よりも低いとき、又は前記冷媒の温度が前記冷却水の温度以下でかつ前記第1しきい値よりも小さい所定の第2しきい値よりも低いときに、前記第1流路の下流端部と前記熱交換用冷却水通流部の上流端部とを接続するように、前記三方弁を制御することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の冷却装置。 - 前記三方弁制御手段は、前記検出された冷媒の温度が前記第2しきい値以上のときに、前記第1流路の下流端部と前記第2流路の下流端部とを接続するように、前記三方弁を制御することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のハイブリッド車両の冷却装置。
- 前記電気系デバイスは、モータ及び/又はジェネレータであることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両の冷却装置。
