Description
通気口において筐体に装着される通気部品であって、
通気膜と、
弾性体を含み、前記弾性体の弾性変形により開閉する通気弁と、
前記通気膜及び前記通気弁を支持する構造部材と、を備え、
当該通気部品が前記筐体に装着された装着状態において、前記通気膜によって前記筐体の内部及び外部の通気が行われ、かつ、前記筐体の内部の圧力と前記筐体の外部の圧力との差が所定の圧力以上になったときに前記通気弁が開いて前記筐体の内部の気体が前記筐体の外部に排出され、
前記構造部材は、前記通気膜及び/又は前記通気弁を収容する内部空間と、前記内部空間と当該通気部品の外部空間とを連通させる第一通気路及び第二通気路の少なくとも1つとを有し、
前記第一通気路は、前記内部空間に接した開口である第一内側開口及び前記外部空間に接した開口である第一外側開口を有し、前記第一内側開口の少なくとも一部が前記第一外側開口の少なくとも一部に対向し、かつ、前記装着状態において前記第一内側開口及び前記第一外側開口が前記筐体の当該通気部品が装着される外面に平行な平面に沿って存在し、
前記第二通気路は、前記内部空間に接した開口である第二内側開口及び前記外部空間に接した開口である第二外側開口を有し、前記第二内側開口が前記第二外側開口に対向していない、
通気部品を提供する。
Claims (9)
- 通気口において筐体に装着される通気部品であって、
通気膜と、
弾性体を含み、前記弾性体の弾性変形により開閉する通気弁と、
前記通気膜及び前記通気弁を支持する構造部材と、を備え、
当該通気部品が前記筐体に装着された装着状態において、前記通気膜によって前記筐体の内部及び外部の通気が行われ、かつ、前記筐体の内部の圧力と前記筐体の外部の圧力との差が所定の圧力以上になったときに前記通気弁が開いて前記筐体の内部の気体が前記筐体の外部に排出され、
前記構造部材は、前記通気膜及び/又は前記通気弁を収容する内部空間と、前記内部空間と当該通気部品の外部空間とを連通させる第一通気路及び第二通気路の少なくとも1つとを有し、
前記第一通気路は、前記内部空間に接した開口である第一内側開口及び前記外部空間に接した開口である第一外側開口を有し、前記第一内側開口の少なくとも一部が前記第一外側開口の少なくとも一部に対向し、かつ、前記装着状態において前記第一内側開口及び前記第一外側開口が前記筐体の当該通気部品が装着される外面に平行な平面に沿って存在し、
前記第二通気路は、前記内部空間に接した開口である第二内側開口及び前記外部空間に接した開口である第二外側開口を有し、前記第二内側開口が前記第二外側開口に対向していない、
通気部品。 - 前記通気弁は、傘型の開放弁であり、平面視したときに中央に貫通穴を有する円環状の弁部を有する、請求項1に記載の通気部品。
- 前記第一外側開口は、前記装着状態において、前記筐体の前記外面に垂直な方向において前記第一内側開口よりも前記筐体の前記外面の近くに位置する、請求項1又は2に記載の通気部品。
- 前記第二外側開口は、前記装着状態において、前記筐体の前記外面に垂直な方向において前記第二内側開口よりも前記筐体の前記外面の近くに位置する、請求項1又は2に記載の通気部品。
- 前記装着状態において、前記第一外側開口及び前記第二外側開口の少なくとも1つと、前記筐体の前記外面とは、向かい合っている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の通気部品。
- 前記構造部材は、前記通気弁が閉じた状態で前記通気弁が接触し、かつ、前記通気弁が開いた状態で前記通気弁が離れる座面を有し、
下記(i)及び(ii)の条件の少なくとも1つを満たす、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の通気部品。
(i)前記第一内側開口又は前記第二内側開口は、前記座面を含む平面上に存在する。
(ii)前記第一内側開口又は前記第二内側開口を含む平面は、前記座面を含む平面と交差する。 - 前記構造部材は、前記座面を含むとともに第一内側開口又は前記第二内側開口まで平坦に延びている平坦面を有する、請求項6に記載の通気部品。
- 前記装着状態において、前記構造部材は、前記外面に垂直な方向において前記座面よりも前記外面から離れた部分に前記内部空間と前記外部空間とを連通させる通気路を有しない、請求項6又は7に記載の通気部品。
- 前記構造部材は、前記筐体の前記通気口に差し込まれる係合部を有し、
前記装着状態において、前記構造部材と前記筐体の前記外面との隙間をシールするシール部材をさらに備えた、
請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の通気部品。
