Claims (10)
- 厚み方向に並べられた複数の電池セルを含んで構成された電池スタックと、
前記電池スタックを密閉状態で収容した筐体と、
前記筐体に取り付けられたカバー体と、前記カバー体の内側に設けられた弁本体と、を有し、前記電池セルから排出されたガスを前記筐体の外部へ排出する逆止弁と、
を備え、
前記弁本体は、
前記カバー体における前記ガスの排出方向の下流側に固定された本体部と、
前記カバー体における前記ガスの排出方向の上流側に、前記本体部から前記上流側へ離間するように付勢部材によって付勢されて配置され、前記ガスにより前記筐体の内圧が閾値以上になったときに前記付勢部材の付勢力に抗して前記下流側へ移動し、前記カバー体との間に前記ガスの流路を形成する移動部と、
を有し、
前記移動部は、前記本体部に当接することで、前記下流側への移動を制限する複数のストッパー部を有し、前記ストッパー部同士の間に前記流路と連続する小孔流路を形成する電池パック。 - 前記カバー体は、前記移動部が前記排出方向に沿って移動するようにガイドするガイド部を有する請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ガイド部は、前記排出方向から見た断面視で略半円形状に形成されている請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ストッパー部は、前記排出方向と直交する方向から見て矩形状に形成されている請求項1~請求項3の何れか1項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記移動部は、排出方向を軸方向とするリング部を有し、前記リング部の開口部に、空気は通過可能で前記ガスは通過不能な呼吸膜が設けられている請求項1~請求項4の何れか1項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池スタックは、補助用電源である請求項1~請求項5の何れか1項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池スタックが内側に収容可能となる枠状に形成されて前記筐体の内部に配置された補強部材を備え、
前記補強部材の上端部に前記厚み方向に延在する連結部が配置されている請求項1~請求項6の何れか1項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記筐体の一方の側部に形成された開口部を閉鎖する横蓋部と、
前記筐体の上部に形成された開口部を閉鎖する上蓋部と、
を備え、
前記横蓋部は、前記上蓋部に形成された係止部が係止される被係止部を有する請求項1~請求項7の何れか1項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記筐体の一方の側部に形成された開口部を閉鎖する横蓋部と、
前記電池スタックに設けられた電極端子と前記横蓋部に設けられた電極端子とを電気的に接続するバスバーと、
を備え、
前記横蓋部は、前記バスバーの取り付け時に該バスバーの横倒れを防止する横倒れ防止部を有する請求項1~請求項8の何れか1項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記横倒れ防止部は、前記バスバーに形成された爪部が挿入されるスリット部で構成されている請求項9に記載の電池パック。
