Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1にかかるNC装置1によって制御される付加製造装置100を示す図である。付加製造装置100は、駆動部の駆動力によって送り出された材料へビームを照射し、溶融させた材料を被加工物へ付加して造形物を製造する工作機械である。実施の形態1において、ビームはレーザビームであって、材料は金属材料のワイヤ5であるものとする。

Claims (9)
- 駆動部の駆動力によって送り出された材料へビームを照射し、溶融させた前記材料を被加工物へ付加して造形物を製造する付加製造装置を制御する数値制御装置であって、
前記材料を堆積させる高さ方向における前記被加工物の高さの誤差を検出する誤差検出部と、
前記誤差に基づいて前記材料の供給量を調整する調整部と、
を備えることを特徴とする数値制御装置。 - 前記誤差検出部は、前記被加工物における加工の進行方向において区分けされた複数の区間の各々における前記誤差を検出し、
前記調整部は、前記複数の区間の各々における前記供給量を調整することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の数値制御装置。 - 前記調整部は、前記誤差の絶対値と閾値とを比較して、前記誤差の絶対値が閾値よりも大きい場合に前記供給量を調整することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の数値制御装置。
- 前記被加工物への前記材料の接触状態を判定する状態判定部を備え、
前記誤差検出部は、安定した加工が可能な接触状態であると前記状態判定部によって判定された場合に前記誤差を検出することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の数値制御装置。 - 前記誤差検出部は、前記駆動部に掛かる外乱トルクの推定値に基づいて前記誤差を検出することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の数値制御装置。
- 前記誤差検出部は、前記材料が送り出される速度が加工条件に従った速度であるときにおける前記推定値を基に前記誤差を検出することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の数値制御装置。
- 前記材料が過度な強度で前記被加工物に接触している過負荷状態の判定のための閾値を第1閾値とし、前記材料が前記被加工物に接触しない非接触状態の判定のための閾値を第2閾値として、前記誤差検出部は、前記推定値が第1閾値より小さく、かつ前記推定値が第2閾値より大きい場合に、前記誤差を検出することを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の数値制御装置。
- ビームの照射によって溶融させた材料を被加工物へ付加して造形物を製造する付加製造装置であって、
前記材料の供給源から前記材料を送り出すための駆動力を発生する駆動部と、
前記材料を堆積させる高さ方向における前記被加工物の高さの誤差を検出する誤差検出部と、
前記誤差に基づいて前記材料の供給量を調整する調整部と、
を備えることを特徴とする付加製造装置。 - 駆動部の駆動力によって送り出された材料へビームを照射し、溶融させた前記材料を被加工物へ付加して造形物を製造する付加製造装置を数値制御装置が制御する方法であって、
前記材料を堆積させる高さ方向における前記被加工物の高さの誤差を検出する工程と、
前記誤差に基づいて前記材料の供給量を調整する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする付加製造装置の制御方法。
