Abstract
Description
図1−図5を参照して、第1実施形態に係る消火具を説明する。
本実施形態に係る消火具1は、消火剤層11、プレート13,15及び周壁17を備えている。これらの構成要素のうちプレート13,15及び周壁17は、消火剤容器を構成している。
図5に示すように、一体化されたプレート13及び周壁17を用意する。次いで、収納空間Sに消火剤層11を収納する。そして、プレート15で消火剤層11の表面113を覆い、プレート15を周壁17上に保持する。
そして、このようにして組み立てられた消火具1は、固定手段19を介して所望の取付箇所に取り付けられる。その際、噴出孔131を有するプレート13が想定される火炎の火元に向くように、消火具1を設置することが好ましい。
ここで、本実施形態の消火剤層11に用いられる消火剤(消火剤組成物)について説明する。消火剤組成物としては、火薬の分類に属するものも属しないものも、種々のものを用いることができる。
A成分:20〜50質量%
好ましくは25〜40質量%
より好ましくは25〜35質量%
B成分:80〜50質量%
好ましくは75〜60質量%
より好ましくは75〜65質量%
図6−図11を参照して、第2実施形態に係る消火具を説明する。
本実施形態に係る消火具2は、例えば図9に示すように、消火剤層21、プレート23,25及び周壁27を備えている。プレート23,25及び周壁27は消火剤容器を構成する。消火具2及び消火剤容器は、図7に示すように、全体として厚みの小さい形状を呈している。
まず、プレート23、消火剤層21、プレート25の順に重ねる。次いで、重ねられた部材の外周面に樹脂を塗布し又は巻き付けることで周壁27を形成する。ここで用いられる樹脂としては、例えば、変性ポリフェニレンエーテル(PPE)樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、ポリカーボネート樹脂、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)樹脂、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)樹脂、フッ素樹脂、ポリアセタール(POM)樹脂、ポリエーテルイミド(PEI)樹脂、ポリエーテルサルフォン(PES)樹脂、ポリフェニレンサルフォン(PPS)樹脂、液晶ポリマー(LCP)樹脂等が挙げられる。
図12及び図13を参照して、第3実施形態に係る消火具を説明する。
本実施形態に係る消火具3は、図12に示すように、全体として厚みの小さい形状を呈し、消火剤層31と、容器を構成するプレート33,35と、を備えている。消火剤層31としては、第1実施形態の消火剤層11と同じものを使用することができる。

Claims (6)
- 燃焼によりエアロゾルを発生させる消火剤層と、
前記消火剤層の第1表面を覆うとともに、前記エアロゾルの噴出孔を有する第1プレートと、
前記消火剤層の前記第1表面とは反対側の第2表面を覆う第2プレートと、
を備えることを特徴とする消火具。 - 前記第1プレートの縁部と前記第2プレートの縁部とは互いに接続されていること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の消火具。 - 前記第1プレートの縁部には、前記第2プレート側に延びる周壁が設けられていること、
を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の消火具。 - 前記第1プレート及び前記周壁は金属材料又は樹脂材料で作製されていること、
を特徴とする請求項3に記載の消火具。 - 前記消火具を所望の取付箇所に固定するための固定手段
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の消火具。 - 前記消火剤層が、
塩素酸カリウムを含み、DSC評価(100〜400℃、10℃毎分昇温)吸熱ピーク総量が100J/g〜900J/gである消火剤を含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の消火具。
