Claims (12)
- 一方側と他方側を有し、該一方側と該他方側の双方が涙道内に挿管される涙道チューブと、
遠近方向に延在している光導波部を有し、該光導波部が前記涙道チューブの内腔に挿通される内視鏡と、
前記光導波部を内包している筒状部材と、を有していることを特徴とする涙道内挿管システム。 - 前記筒状部材が、前記涙道チューブの内腔に配置されている請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記光導波部の遠位端が、前記筒状部材の遠位端よりも遠位側に配置されている請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記涙道チューブは、前記内視鏡に対して遠近方向に移動し、
前記筒状部材は、前記内視鏡に対して遠近方向に移動しないものである請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記筒状部材の遠位端では、前記筒状部材の径方向における前記筒状部材と前記光導波部の隙間が、前記筒状部材と前記涙道チューブの隙間に対して0.5倍以上2倍以下の広さを有している請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記光導波部の遠位端が、前記涙道チューブの一方端または他方端よりも遠位側に配置されている請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記筒状部材の近位端が、前記光導波部の近位端に揃えて配置されている請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記筒状部材の近位端が、前記光導波部の近位端よりも遠位側に配置されている請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記光導波部の少なくとも一部が、金属から構成されている請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記涙道チューブは、一方側および他方側にそれぞれ形成されている筒状部と、一方側の該筒状部と他方側の該筒状部との間の中央部とを有しており、
一方側および他方側に形成されている筒状部は、それぞれ、前記涙道チューブの遠近方向の位置を特定するための目盛を有している請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記筒状部材が、ポリイミド系樹脂、フッ素系樹脂、ポリエチレン系樹脂、ポリアミド系樹脂のうち少なくとも一種を含んでいる請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記筒状部材は、スリットを有しており、かつ金属から構成されている請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
