Abstract
Description
(第一の実施の形態)
第一の実施の形態を図1及び図2(A)(B)に基づいて説明する。本実施の形態のダイアフラムカップリング101は、駆動軸201と従動軸301からなる二軸の間に介在して駆動軸201から従動軸301へと回転トルクを伝達し、その際、駆動軸201と従動軸301との間のミスアライメントを吸収する。駆動軸201は、例えば図示しないモータを駆動源として駆動されて回転する。
第二の実施の形態を図3に基づいて説明する。第一の実施の形態と同一部分は同一符号で示し、説明も省略する。
第三の実施の形態を図4に基づいて説明する。第一の実施の形態と同一部分は同一符号で示し、説明も省略する。

Claims (7)
- 共に中空の駆動軸側と従動軸側とにそれぞれ設けられた一対の連結部材と、
前記一対の連結部材の間に介在し、ミスアライメントを吸収して前記駆動軸から前記従動軸にトルクを伝達するトルク伝達部と、
前記駆動軸と前記従動軸との中空領域を連絡させて冷却用流体の流通空間を形成する連絡通路と、
前記流通空間と外部空間との間を密封するシール部と、
を備えるカップリング。 - 前記トルク伝達部は、
センターチューブと、
前記センターチューブの両端にそれぞれ一体に固定された内径部と、前記一対の連結部材にそれぞれ締め付け固定される外径部とを備え、これらの内径部と外径部との間にたわみ部を設けた一対のダイアフラムと、
を備え、
前記連絡通路は、前記センターチューブの内孔と前記ダイアフラムに設けられた開口とによって形成されている、
請求項1に記載のカップリング。 - 前記シール部は、前記一対のダイアフラムの外径部と前記一対の連結部材との接合面にそれぞれ設けられた無端状の溝と、この溝に収納されたOリングとを備えている、
請求項2に記載のカップリング。 - 前記駆動軸及び前記従動軸とこれらとそれぞれ組をなす前記一対の連結部材とのうちの少なくとも一方の組は別部品の面接合によって一体化され、
前記シール部は、別部品の面接合によって一体化された組の二部材の接合面にそれぞれ設けられた無端状の溝と、この溝に収納されたOリングとを備えている、
請求項3に記載のカップリング。 - 前記駆動軸及び前記従動軸とこれらとそれぞれ組をなす前記一対の連結部材とのうちの少なくとも一方の組は、一体に成形されている、
請求項3に記載のカップリング。 - 前記センターチューブの内周面には、螺旋軌跡上に配置され、前記センターチューブの回転によって冷却用流体を前記駆動軸の中空領域側へ移送するポンピング作用を生じさせる凹凸部が設けられている、
請求項2に記載のカップリング。 - 前記センターチューブには、前記駆動軸の中空領域の閉塞壁に一端側を対面させ、前記従動軸の中空領域に他端側を延ばす両面開口の中空シャフトが隙間を開けて配置されている、
請求項2ないし6のいずれか一に記載のカップリング。
