Description
Claims (10)
- 吸気通路が形成されたコンプレッサハウジングと、
前記吸気通路に設けられるコンプレッサインペラと、
前記コンプレッサインペラの回転軸方向に交差する方向にロッドを直動させるアクチュエータと、
前記ロッドに接続された連結部材と、
突出部を有する絞り部材と、
前記回転軸方向に延在し、前記連結部材と前記絞り部材とを接続する連結軸部と、
前記連結軸部と平行な方向に延在し、前記絞り部材の回転中心となる回転軸部と、
を備える遠心圧縮機。 - 前記絞り部材は、前記回転軸部を回転中心とする回転角度に応じて、前記突出部が前記吸気通路内に突出する絞り位置と、前記絞り位置よりも前記突出部が前記コンプレッサインペラの径方向の外側に位置する退避位置とに切り替わる請求項1に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記絞り部材は、第1絞り部材および第2絞り部材を含み、
前記第1絞り部材および前記第2絞り部材のそれぞれに、前記連結軸部および前記回転軸部が設けられる請求項1または2に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記コンプレッサハウジング、前記連結部材、前記第1絞り部材、および、前記第2絞り部材により、4節リンク機構が構成される請求項3に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記第1絞り部材および前記第2絞り部材の双方の突出部の両端部が互いに当接し、前記吸気通路よりも内径が小さい環状孔が形成される請求項3または4に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記第1絞り部材および前記第2絞り部材に設けられる2つの前記回転軸部の中間に、前記コンプレッサインペラの回転中心が位置する請求項3から5のいずれか1項に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記回転軸部は、前記絞り部材と、前記絞り部材に対して前記回転軸方向に対向する前記コンプレッサハウジングの壁面とを接続し、前記回転軸方向に垂直な面方向の移動が規制され、
前記連結軸部は、前記回転軸方向に垂直な面方向に移動可能に設けられる請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記連結部材は、前記吸気通路よりも前記コンプレッサインペラの径方向の外側であって、前記連結軸部よりも前記回転軸部から離隔した位置に、前記ロッドに接続されるロッド接続部が設けられる請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記突出部のうち、前記コンプレッサインペラとの対向面と反対側には、前記コンプレッサインペラの径方向の内側に向かうほど、前記対向面に対する距離が短くなるテーパ部が形成される請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の前記遠心圧縮機を備える過給機。
