Abstract
Description
吐出ポート、吸入ポートおよび制御ポートが形成されたバルブハウジングと、
主弁座と接離する主弁を構成しソレノイドの駆動力により前記吐出ポートと前記制御ポートとの連通を開閉する弁体と、
前記制御ポートが形成された感圧室の圧力により開閉する感圧弁と、
前記弁体から前記感圧室に延び感圧体と共に前記感圧弁を構成する感圧弁部材と、
前記感圧弁のアダプタの内径側に設けられ、差圧弁座と圧力により移動する差圧弁体により構成される差圧弁とを備え、
前記弁体と前記感圧弁部材とに中間連通路が形成されており、前記感圧弁の開閉により前記制御ポートと前記吸入ポートとを前記中間連通路により連通させることが可能な容量制御弁であって、
前記アダプタには、前記差圧弁体が収容される収容部と、前記制御ポートと前記収容部とを連通する圧力導入路と、前記差圧弁の開放時に前記制御ポートと前記吸入ポートとを連通する差圧連通路と、が形成され、
前記収容部には、前記差圧弁体を挟んで前記差圧弁の開閉方向両側に第1付勢手段と第2付勢手段とが介在していることを特徴としている。
この特徴によれば、収容部内の差圧が小さくなったときに第1付勢手段および第2付勢手段の付勢力により差圧弁体を差圧弁の開弁方向に移動させて差圧弁を開弁することができるとともに、感圧弁が閉弁している間は第1付勢手段の付勢力が第2付勢手段を介してアダプタに伝えられ、感圧体を収縮させる力として作用させることができるため、感圧弁の開放を補助することができ、容量制御弁の差圧に対する応答性を高めることができる。
これによれば、第1付勢手段と第2付勢手段との付勢力より感圧弁の開放を常に補助することができる。
前記差圧弁体には、前記中間連通路と前記圧力導入空間とを連通する貫通孔が設けられている。
これによれば、中間連通路と圧力導入空間との間で貫通孔を通して流体を流通させることができるため、収容部内において差圧弁体を差圧弁の開閉方向に移動させやすい。
これによれば、第2付勢手段の弾性変形領域内において差圧弁体の突起部がアダプタに当接するため、第2付勢手段に過大な負荷がかからない。
これによれば、差圧弁体は第2付勢手段の弾性変形領域内において移動するため、その移動が円滑である。

この特徴によれば、収容部内の差圧が小さくなったときに第1付勢手段および第2付勢手段の付勢力により差圧弁体を差圧弁の開弁方向に移動させて差圧弁を開弁することができるとともに、感圧弁が閉弁している間は第1付勢手段の付勢力が第2付勢手段を介してアダプタに伝えられ、感圧体を収縮させる力として作用させることができるため、感圧弁の開放を補助することができ、容量制御弁の差圧に対する応答性を高めることができる。

前記制御ポートが形成された感圧室の圧力により開閉する感圧弁と、
前記弁体から前記感圧室に延び感圧体と共に前記感圧弁を構成する感圧弁部材と、
前記感圧弁のアダプタの内径側に設けられ、差圧弁座と圧力により移動する差圧弁体により構成される差圧弁とを備え、
前記弁体と前記感圧弁部材とに中間連通路が形成されており、前記感圧弁の開閉により前記制御ポートと前記吸入ポートとを前記中間連通路により連通させることが可能な容量制御弁であって、

- 好適には、前記第1付勢手段と前記第2付勢手段とは、前記差圧弁体を挟んで対向している請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
