Abstract
Description
まず、図1を参照して、本発明の一実施形態である溶湯成分推定装置の構成について説明する。
図2は、本発明の一実施形態である溶湯成分推定処理の流れを示すフローチャートである。図2に示すフローチャートは、吹錬処理が開始されたタイミングで開始となり、溶湯成分推定処理はステップS1の処理に進む。

Claims (5)
- 精錬設備における吹錬処理中の炉口部の光学特性についての計測結果を含む、精錬設備についての計測情報が入力される入力装置と、
前記精錬設備における脱炭酸素効率と溶湯中炭素濃度との関係を表したモデル式及びモデルパラメータを含む、吹錬処理反応に関するモデル式及びモデルパラメータを格納するモデルデータベースと、
前記計測情報と前記モデル式及び前記モデルパラメータとを用いて溶湯中炭素濃度を含む溶湯の成分濃度を推定するモデル計算部と、
前記計測結果に基づいて溶湯中炭素濃度を推定し、推定結果に基づいて前記モデル計算部が用いる前記モデル式及び前記モデルパラメータを決定するモデル決定部と、
を備えることを特徴とする溶湯成分推定装置。 - 前記計測結果には、スラグ中の酸化鉄の還元反応に由来するスペクトルの強度変化率が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶湯成分推定装置。
- 精錬設備における吹錬処理中の炉口部の光学特性についての計測結果を含む、精錬設備についての計測情報と、前記精錬設備における脱炭酸素効率と溶湯中炭素濃度との関係を表したモデル式及びモデルパラメータを含む、吹錬処理反応に関するモデル式及びモデルパラメータと、を用いて、溶湯中炭素濃度を含む溶湯の成分濃度を推定するモデル計算ステップと、
前記計測結果に基づいて溶湯中炭素濃度を推定し、推定結果に基づいて前記モデル計算ステップにおいて用いる前記モデル式及び前記モデルパラメータを決定するモデル決定ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする溶湯成分推定方法。 - 前記計測結果には、スラグ中の酸化鉄の還元反応に由来するスペクトルの強度変化率が含まれることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の溶湯成分推定方法。
- 請求項3又は4に記載の溶湯成分推定方法を用いて推定された溶湯の成分濃度に基づいて溶湯の成分濃度を所望の範囲内に調整するステップを含むことを特徴とする溶湯の製造方法。
