Abstract
Description
以下、添付図面を参照しながら、本発明の第1実施形態に係る内燃機関100の燃焼室101の構造について説明する。
続いて、図6を参照しながら、本発明の第2実施形態に係る内燃機関200の燃焼室201の構造について説明する。図6は、内燃機関200の燃焼室201の模式断面図であって、第1実施形態の図2に相当する。以下、第1実施形態との相違点を中心に説明し、第1実施形態と同様の構成については説明を省略する。
続いて、図7を参照しながら、本発明の第3実施形態に係る内燃機関300の燃焼室301の構造について説明する。図7は、内燃機関300の燃焼室301の模式断面図であって、第1実施形態の図2に相当する。以下、第1実施形態との相違点を中心に説明し、第1実施形態と同様の構成については説明を省略する。
Claims (12)
- 内燃機関の燃焼室構造であって、
点火栓に対してタンブル流の上流側において、シリンダヘッドのペントルーフ面に形成された凹部を有する、
内燃機関の燃焼室構造。 - 請求項1に記載の内燃機関の燃焼室構造であって、
前記凹部にインジェクタが設けられる、
内燃機関の燃焼室構造。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関の燃焼室構造であって、
前記タンブル流は、前記燃焼室に流入した吸気が排気側のシリンダの壁面、ピストンの頂面、吸気側のシリンダの壁面に順に沿う方向の流れである、
内燃機関の燃焼室構造。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の内燃機関の燃焼室構造であって、
前記凹部は、前記ペントルーフ面における吸気側のルーフ面に形成される、
内燃機関の燃焼室構造。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の内燃機関の燃焼室構造であって、
前記凹部は、前記点火栓側に、前記点火栓に向かって傾斜する傾斜面を有する、
内燃機関の燃焼室構造。 - 請求項5に記載の内燃機関の燃焼室構造であって、
前記傾斜面は、前記点火栓の軸と直交する面よりも、前記点火栓の先端側に向かって下方に傾斜する、
内燃機関の燃焼室構造。 - 請求項5又は6に記載の内燃機関の燃焼室構造であって、
前記傾斜面の延長線上に、前記点火栓の点火部が位置する、
内燃機関の燃焼室構造。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の内燃機関の燃焼室構造であって、
前記燃焼室の最大高さの位置は、前記点火栓に対して前記タンブル流の上流側に位置する、
内燃機関の燃焼室構造。 - 請求項8に記載の内燃機関の燃焼室構造であって、
前記タンブル流の中心は、前記点火栓に対して前記タンブル流の上流側に位置する、
内燃機関の燃焼室構造。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の内燃機関の燃焼室構造であって、
前記点火栓は、前記燃焼室の中央部に位置する、
内燃機関の燃焼室構造。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか1つに記載の内燃機関の燃焼室構造であって、
前記凹部と前記点火栓とは、エンジンクランク軸及びシリンダ軸と直交する方向と平行な方向に並んで設けられる、
内燃機関の燃焼室構造。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか1つに記載の内燃機関の燃焼室構造であって、
前記凹部は、エンジンクランク軸と直交する断面の形状の少なくとも一部が円弧で構成され、
前記円弧を含む円の直径は、最圧縮状態の前記燃焼室の高さよりも大きく、前記燃焼室のボア径よりも小さい、
内燃機関の燃焼室構造。
