Abstract
Description
以下の実施形態では、一例として、産業用車両および産業車両に搭載される電池装置について説明する。例えば、車両は、運転していないときであっても補機類(ウインカーやホーンなど)の動作を可能とすることが要求される。このために、車両が運転を停止しているときにも最大で10アンペア程度の放電を行う可能性があり、電池装置から放電可能となるように構成する必要があった。
以下の実施形態では、車両を運転していないときでも電池装置から補機類へ電源を供給することが可能である、汎用性の高い電池装置およびこの電池装置を搭載した車両の一例について説明する。
本実施形態の車両は、電池装置と、コネクタCN2と、車両制御回路CTRと、充電回路CHと、インバータINVと、電動機Mと、主開閉器MCと、切替器SWと、補機AXと、を備えた電動車両である。
充電回路CHは、コネクタCN1、CN2を介して、電池装置の主回路C1P、C1Mと電気的に接続可能である。充電回路CHは、外部に露出した充電端子と電気的に接続し、充電端子に充電器が接続されたときに、電池装置の主回路C1P、C1Mを介して複数の電池モジュールMDLへ充電電流を供給することができる。
車両制御回路CTRは、コネクタCN1、CN2を介して、電池装置の主回路C1P、C1Mと電気的に接続し、電池装置から供給される直流電力を電源とする。車両制御回路CTRの電源供給ラインには、例えば、イグニッション信号により電気的接続状態が切り替わる切替器SWが設けられている。利用者が車両のイグニッションをオンしたときに、電池装置から車両制御回路CTRへ電源が供給される。
複数の電池モジュールMDLの組電池BTは、例えば、図示しない断路器(サービスディスコネクト)を介して直列に接続している。
なお、主開閉器MCP、MCMはノーマリオープン(常開型)の電磁接触器(、FET、リレーなどを含む)である、A接点のコンタクタを採用することができる。
図3は、図1に示す電池装置において、外部から供給される指令と主回路の接続状態との一例を説明するための図である。
また、上述の実施形態では、車両の一例として産業用車両について説明したが、本実施形態の電池装置は産業用車両以外の車両に搭載可能であることは言うまでもない。例えば、モノレールや鉄道などの軌道系交通機関に用いられる車両、無人搬送車(AGV:automatic guided vehicle)、乗用車、大型乗用車両、など、様々な電動車両に、上述の実施形態の電池装置を搭載することが可能である。更に、上述の電池装置は、電動車両以外の電子機器の電源として採用することも可能である。
複数の電池モジュールMDLの組電池BTは、例えば、図示しない断路器(サービスディスコネクト)を介して直列に接続している。
Claims (4)
- 少なくとも1つの組電池と、
前記組電池と負荷との間に接続される主回路の電気的接続状態を切替える第1主開閉器と、
前記主回路から分岐し、前記組電池と前記負荷との間に接続される第2主回路の電気的接続状態を切替える第2主開閉器と、
前記負荷から供給される運転指令に基づいて前記第1主開閉器の動作を制御する電池管理回路と、
外部から供給される起動指令がオンであるときに、前記電池管理回路と前記第2主開閉器とに電源を供給する電源回路と、を備えた電池装置。 - 前記組電池の電圧および温度を検出して前記電池管理回路へ送信する電池監視回路を更に備え、
前記電池管理回路は、前記電池管理回路から取得した電圧および温度の情報に基づいて前記組電池が正常であるか否か判断し、前記組電池が異常であると判断したときに、前記電源回路へシャットダウン制御信号を送信するように構成され、
前記電源回路は、前記シャットダウン制御信号を受信したときに、前記電池管理回路および前記第2主開閉器への電源供給を停止するように構成される、請求項1記載の電池装置。 - 前記第1主開閉器は電磁接触器であって、前記第2主開閉器はソリッドステートリレーである、請求項1又は請求項2記載の電池装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の電池装置と、
前記電池装置の前記主回路と電気的に接続されるインバータと、
前記電池装置の前記第2主回路と電気的に接続される補機と、前記インバータから供給される電力により駆動される電動機と、を含む前記負荷と、を備えた車両。
