Abstract
Description
第1実施形態は二次電池に関する。図1に第1実施形態の二次電池100の斜視概略図を示す。図1の概略図は二次電池100の外部を示している。図2は第1実施形態の二次電池100の斜視展開概略図である。図3は第1実施形態の捲回電極群5の展開図である。図4は、第1実施形態の二次電池100の一部の斜視図である。図1乃至4に示す二次電池100は、外装材1、蓋2、正極端子3,負極端子4、捲回電極群5、正極側内部絶縁部品6、負極側内部絶縁部品7、正極リード9、及び負極リード11とを有する。二次電池100の内部には図示しない電解質が含まれる。二次電池100は、角形の形状を有する。
以下、図面を参照して、実施の形態について説明する。第2実施形態に係る電池モジュールは、上記第3実施形態に係る二次電池(即ち、単電池)を一以上有する。電池モジュールに複数の単電池が含まれる場合、各単電池は、電気的に直列、並列、或いは、直列と並列に接続して配置される。
実施形態の電池モジュールを蓄電装置300に搭載することができる。図13の概念図に示す蓄電装置500は、電池モジュール200と、インバーター302と、コンバーター301とを備える。外部交流電源303をコンバーター301で直流変換し、電池モジュールを充電し、電池モジュールのからの直流電源のインバーター302で交流変換し、負荷304に電気を供給する構成となっている。実施形態の電池モジュール200を有する本構成の蓄電装置300とすることで、耐振動性に優れた蓄電装置が提供される。
実施形態の電池モジュール200を車両400に搭載することができる。図14の概念図に示す車両400は、電池モジュール200と、インバーター401と、モーター402と、車輪403とを少なくとも備える。電池モジュール200からの直流電源をインバーターで交流変換し、交流電源によって、モーター402を駆動する。直流電流によって駆動するモーターを用いる場合は、インバーターは省略される。図において、電池モジュールの充電機構等は省略されている。モーター402の駆動力によって、車輪603を回転させることができる。なお、車両400は、電車などの電動車両やエンジンなどの他の駆動源を有するハイブリッド車も含まれる。モーター402からの回生エネルギーによって、電池モジュール200を充電してもよい。電池モジュールからの電気エネルギーによって駆動されるものはモーターに限られず、車両400の図示しない電気機器を動作させるための動力源に用いても良い。実施形態の電池モジュール200を有する本構成の車両400とすることで、耐振動性に優れた車両が提供される。
第5実施形態は飛翔体(例えば、マルチコプター)に関する。第5の実施形態の飛翔体は、第2の実施形態の電池モジュール200を用いている。本実施形態にかかる飛翔体の構成を、図15の飛翔体(クアッドコプター)500の模式図を用いて簡単に説明する。飛翔体500は、電池モジュール200、機体骨格501、モーター502、回転翼503と制御ユニット504を有する。電池モジュール200、モーター502、回転翼503と制御ユニット504は、機体骨格501に配置している。制御ユニット504は、電池モジュール200から出力した電力を変換したり、出力調整したりする。モーター502は電池モジュール200から出力された電力を用いて、回転翼503を回転させる。実施形態の電池モジュール200を有する本構成の飛翔体500とすることで、電池特性に優れた飛翔体が提供される。
(実施例1)
実施形態1に示す二次電池を下記、表1のAMIN、B1MIN、B2MIN、CMIN、DMINを満たすように作製し、振動を加える前後の捲回電極群5の抵抗変化率を測定した。表1には抵抗変化率([振動付加後の抵抗]/[振動付加前の抵抗]×100)も示す。
実施例1と同様に表1の条件を満たすように二次電池を作製し、振動を加える前後の実施例2の捲回電極群5の抵抗変化率を測定した。
実施例1と同様に表1の条件を満たすように二次電池を作製し、振動を加える前後の比較例1の捲回電極群5の抵抗変化率を測定した。

1.0mm<CMIN<4.0mm及び1.0mm<DMIN<4.0mmを満たす請求項3又は4に記載の二次電池。 - 前記正極側内部絶縁部品の延出部と前記負極側内部絶縁部品の延出部は連結している請求項3乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記AMINは、0.5mm<AMIN<1.0mmを満たす請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記B1MIN及び前記B2MINは、0.5mm<B1MIN<1.0mmを満たし、かつ、1.0mm<B2MIN<1.5mmを満たす請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記CMIN及び前記DMINは、1.0mm<CMIN<2.0mmを満たし、かつ、1.0mm<DMIN<2.0mmを満たす請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記蓋は、前記捲回電極群側の面に絶縁層をさらに有し、
前記AMINは、前記蓋の絶縁層と前記捲回電極群との距離である請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池を用いた電池モジュール。
- 前記請求項11に記載の電池モジュールを用いた車両。
- 前記請求項11に記載の電池モジュールを用いた飛翔体。
