Claims (12)
- 互いに直列及び/又は並列に接続している円筒形の第一の二次電池セル及び第二の二次電池セルと、
前記第一の二次電池セル及び第二の二次電池セルを該円筒形の側面同士が対向する姿勢で並べて収納する内部空間を有する収納ケースと、
前記収納ケースの内部空間に収納された第一の二次電池セル及び第二の二次電池セルの、該円筒形の側面同士が対向する界面に介在されてこれらを絶縁する、断熱性の長手仕切板と、
を備える電池パックであって、
前記長手仕切板は、
前記第一の二次電池セルの円筒形の側面と面する側に、該円筒形の側面と接触するように突出させた第一断熱部を形成しており、
前記第二の二次電池セルの円筒形の側面と面する側に、該円筒形の側面と接触するように突出させた第二断熱部を形成してなる電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックであって、さらに、
前記第一の二次電池セルと、端面同士が対向するように前記収納ケースの長手方向に並べられた第三の二次電池セルと、
前記第二の二次電池セルと、端面同士が対向するように前記収納ケースの長手方向に並べられ、かつ前記第三の二次電池セルと、該円筒形の側面同士が対向するように並べられた第四の二次電池セルと、
を備え、
前記第一断熱部は、前記第一の二次電池セルの円筒形の側面と接する領域から、前記第三の二次電池セルの円筒形の側面と接する領域に連続して延長されており、
前記第二断熱部は、前記第二の二次電池セルの円筒形の側面と接する領域から、前記第四の二次電池セルの円筒形の側面と接する領域に連続して延長されてなる電池パック。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の電池パックであって、
前記第一断熱部及び第二断熱部が、断面視において前記長手仕切板の左右で中心をずらして配置されてなる電池パック。 - 請求項3に記載の電池パックであって、
前記第一断熱部及び第二断熱部が、断面視において前記長手仕切板の左右で部分的に重複するように配置されてなる電池パック。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックであって、
前記第一断熱部及び第二断熱部が、前記長手仕切板と別部材で構成され、前記長手仕切板の各面にそれぞれ貼付されてなる電池パック。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックであって、
前記第一断熱部及び第二断熱部が、前記長手仕切板よりも断熱性の高い材質で構成されてなる電池パック。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックであって、
前記第一断熱部及び第二断熱部が、マイカで構成されてなる電池パック。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックであって、さらに、
前記二次電池セルの円筒形の側面であって、隣接する二次電池セルの円筒形の側面と対向する領域を少なくとも被覆する絶縁性で耐熱性を有する絶縁耐熱板を備える電池パック。 - 請求項8に記載の電池パックであって、
前記絶縁耐熱板が、前記二次電池セルの円筒形の側面に沿って湾曲されてなる電池パック。 - 請求項8又は9に記載の電池パックであって、
前記絶縁耐熱板は、円筒形の側面が互いに隣接している一対の二次電池セルにそれぞれ被覆され、断面視において前記一対の二次電池セルが最も近接する位置を中心に湾曲されてなる電池パック。 - 請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックであって、
前記絶縁耐熱板が、マイカである電池パック。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックであって、さらに、
前記長手仕切板と交差して、前記第一の二次電池セル及び第二の二次電池セルの端面同士を電気的に接続するリード板と、
前記リード板と重ねた状態で前記長手仕切板と交差して、前記第一の二次電池セル及び第二の二次電池セルの端面を覆う短手仕切板と、
を備えてなる電池パック。
