Claims (9)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレームと、
前記電池セル積層体と前記モジュールフレームとの間に位置する隔壁部とを含み、
前記隔壁部は、
前記電池セル積層体の上部と前記モジュールフレームとの間に位置する第1隔壁部材と、
前記第1隔壁部材から垂直な方向に延びる少なくとも1つの第2隔壁部材と、
を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの第2隔壁部材は、前記モジュールフレームの下部まで延び、前記電池セル積層体は、前記隔壁部によって第1積層体および第2積層体に区画され、
前記第1積層体及び前記第2積層体はそれぞれ、複数の電池セルを含み、
前記第2隔壁部材は前記電池セル積層体の積層方向に離隔し、且つ前記第2隔壁部材が前記電池セル積層体の中心領域において前記電池セル積層体の外側領域より狭い間隔で離隔して位置しており、
前記隔壁部は、前記第1積層体で発生したセルイベント(Cell event)が前記第2積層体に拡散することを遮断する、電池モジュール。 - 前記隔壁部が前記第2隔壁部材を少なくとも2つ含み、前記第2隔壁部材は、前記電池セル積層体の積層方向に互いに同一の間隔を有するように離隔して位置する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記隔壁部が前記第2隔壁部材を少なくとも2つ含み、前記第2隔壁部材は、前記電池セル積層体の中心を基準として互いに対称に位置する、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2隔壁部材は、前記電池セル積層体の最外側の電池セルと前記モジュールフレームの側部との間に位置するか、前記複数の電池セルの互いに隣り合う電池セルの間に位置する、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記隔壁部は、2つの前記第2隔壁部材が前記電池セル積層体の最外側の電池セルと前記モジュールフレームの側部との間にそれぞれ位置し、
少なくとも1つの前記第2隔壁部材が前記複数の電池セルの互いに隣り合う電池セルの間に位置する、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記隔壁部は、難燃性および絶縁性を有する素材から構成される、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームは、前記電池セル積層体を収容すると共に、上部が開放されたU字状フレームと、前記開放されたU字状フレームの上部から前記電池セル積層体をカバーする上部プレートとを含む、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1隔壁部材は、前記上部プレートと前記電池セル積層体との間に位置し、
2つの前記第2隔壁部材が前記電池セル積層体の最外側の電池セルと前記U字状フレームの側部との間にそれぞれ位置し、少なくとも1つの前記第2隔壁部材が前記複数の電池セルの互いに隣り合う電池セルの間に位置する、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
