Claims (13)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレーム、および
前記モジュールフレームの上部に位置する第1ヒートシンク
を含み、
前記第1ヒートシンクは、上部プレートと下部プレートとを含み、
前記第1ヒートシンクの下部プレートは、前記モジュールフレームの上部カバーを構成し、
前記第1ヒートシンクは、前記上部プレートと前記モジュールフレームの上部カバーとの間に少なくとも一つの隔壁が形成されることによって冷却流路を形成しており、
前記モジュールフレームの上部と前記電池セル積層体の上部とは直ちに接触しており、
前記モジュールフレームの下部と前記電池セル積層体との間に熱伝導性樹脂層が形成され、
前記モジュールフレームの下部に熱伝達部材および第2ヒートシンクが順次に形成され、
前記第2ヒートシンクの内部には冷媒流路が形成される電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セル積層体で発生した熱は第1方向に伝達され、前記第1方向は前記電池セルの中心を基準として前記第1ヒートシンクに向かうそれぞれの方向と対応する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1ヒートシンクの冷却流路を流れる冷媒は、前記モジュールフレームの上部カバーと接する、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記隔壁は、前記上部プレートから前記モジュールフレームの上部に向かう方向に突出している、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記隔壁は、前記上部プレートから前記モジュールフレームの上部まで延長されている、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記隔壁は、前記冷却流路の幅より狭い厚さを有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記冷却流路は同一の幅を有し、
前記冷却流路の注入口及び排出口が前記モジュールフレームの上部の同一の側面に位置する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1ヒートシンクは、前記上部プレートの一側で互いに離隔して位置する第1突出部および第2突出部を含み、
前記第1突出部および前記第2突出部の下部は、前記第1突出部および前記第2突出部の端部から前記モジュールフレームに向かって延長される補助プレートが位置する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1突出部の下部に位置する前記補助プレートに前記上部プレートに向かって貫通する第1貫通部が位置し、
前記第2突出部の下部に位置する前記補助プレートに前記上部プレートに向かって貫通する第2貫通部が位置する、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1貫通部および前記第2貫通部のうちの一方は前記第1ヒートシンク内部に冷媒を注入する流入口であり、他方は前記第1ヒートシンク内部から冷媒を排出する排出口である、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記流入口および前記排出口のうちの少なくとも一つは、その外周を囲むシーリング部材を含む、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体で発生した熱は第2方向に伝達され、前記第2方向は前記電池セルの中心を基準として前記第2ヒートシンクに向かうそれぞれの方向と対応し、
前記電池セルの中心を基準として前記第1ヒートシンクに向かうそれぞれの方向と対応する第1方向に伝達される熱が前記第2方向に伝達される熱より多い、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
