Claims (5)
- ネック部と該ネック部から連続する有底の胴部とを備えるプリフォームを射出成形する射出成形部と、
前記プリフォームが収容される温調金型と、前記プリフォームの内部に挿入される温調ロッドと、を備え、前記プリフォームを前記温調金型内に非接触に収容すると共に、前記温調ロッドを前記プリフォームの内面に接触させて当該プリフォームの温調処理を行う温調部と、
前記プリフォームをブロー成形して樹脂容器を形成するブロー成形部と、を備えるブロー成形装置であって、
前記温調部は、前記プリフォーム内に前記温調ロッドを挿入して前記ネック部との境界部分を残して前記胴部の内面に接触させた後、前記温調ロッドを前記胴部の底面部側に所定距離だけ移動させて前記胴部を延伸させる
ことを特徴とするブロー成形装置。 - 請求項1に記載のブロー成形装置であって、
前記温調部は、前記プリフォームが前記温調金型に接触しない範囲で前記温調ロッドを移動させて前記胴部を延伸させる
ことを特徴とするブロー成形装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のブロー成形装置であって、
前記温調ロッドは、前記温調金型に収容される際の前記プリフォームよりも低い温度に調整されている
ことを特徴とするブロー成形装置。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のブロー成形装置であって、
前記温調部は、前記温調ロッドが前記胴部の内面に接触した状態を所定時間保持した後、前記温調ロッドを前記所定距離だけ移動させて前記胴部を延伸させる
ことを特徴とするブロー成形装置。 - ネック部と該ネック部から連続する有底の胴部とを備えるプリフォームを射出成形する射出成形工程と、
前記プリフォームを温調金型内に非接触に収容すると共に、温調ロッドを前記プリフォームの内面に接触させて当該プリフォームの温調処理を行う温調工程と、
前記プリフォームをブロー成形するブロー成形工程と、を備えるブロー成形方法であって、
前記温調工程では、前記プリフォーム内に挿入された前記温調ロッドを前記ネック部との境界部分を残して前記胴部の内面に接触させた後、前記温調ロッドを前記胴部の底面部側に所定距離だけ移動させて前記胴部を延伸させる
ことを特徴とするブロー成形方法。
