図1は本発明の第1の実施形態に係るプリフォーム賦形装置を用いたプリフォーム賦形方法を説明する図であり、図2は図1(A)に示すプリフォーム賦形装置の上面図である。
次にプリフォーム賦形装置1を用いた複合材構造体の製造方法について説明する。
以上のような、プリフォーム賦形装置1、プリフォーム賦形方法及び複合材構造体の製造方法は、素材Mとともに複数の内側真空バッグ3を外側真空バッグ4でバギングし、内側真空バッグ3内を異なるタイミングで順次真空引きすることによって下型2の凹部に素材Mを確実に密着させるようにしたものである。
図6は本発明の第2の実施形態に係るプリフォーム賦形装置を用いたプリフォーム賦形方法を説明する図である。
図7は本発明の第3の実施形態に係るプリフォーム賦形装置を用いたプリフォーム賦形方法を説明する図である。

Claims (14)
- 賦形後におけるプリフォームの形状に対応する形状を有する剛体の型と、
前記プリフォームの賦形前における素材を前記型に異なる位置及びタイミングで押し付ける圧力付加治具と、
を備えるプリフォーム賦形装置。 - 前記圧力付加治具は、
前記型と前記素材との間であって前記異なる位置に対応する位置に配置され、それぞれ袋状の構造を有する複数の内側真空バッグと、
前記複数の内側真空バッグが配置された状態で前記素材を外側から密閉するための外側真空バッグとを有し、
前記外側真空バッグで密閉された領域を真空状態とする一方、前記複数の内側真空バッグの内部を前記異なるタイミングで真空状態とすることによって大気圧を利用して前記素材を前記型に前記異なる位置及びタイミングで押し付けるように構成される請求項1記載のプリフォーム賦形装置。 - 賦形後におけるプリフォームの形状に対応する形状を有する剛体の型に、異なる位置及びタイミングで前記プリフォームの賦形前における素材に圧力を負荷できるように構成された圧力付加治具を用いて前記素材を前記異なる位置及びタイミングで押し付けることによって前記賦形後における前記プリフォームを製作するプリフォーム賦形方法。
- それぞれ袋状の構造を有する複数の内側真空バッグを前記型と前記素材との間であって前記異なる位置に対応する位置に配置するステップと、
前記複数の内側真空バッグが配置された状態で前記素材を外側から外側真空バッグで密閉するステップとを有し、
前記外側真空バッグで密閉された領域を真空状態とする一方、前記複数の内側真空バッグの内部を前記異なるタイミングで真空状態とすることによって大気圧を利用して前記素材を前記型に前記異なる位置及びタイミングで押し付ける請求項3記載のプリフォーム賦形方法。 - 前記異なる位置で前記素材に圧力を負荷するための複数の剛体の型を前記異なるタイミングで前記素材に押し当てることによって前記素材を前記型に前記異なる位置及びタイミングで押し付ける請求項3記載のプリフォーム賦形方法。
- 前記型の上に賦形前における前記素材を配置する一方、前記型との間で前記素材を挟み込むための別の剛体の型と前記素材との間に、それぞれ袋状の構造を有する複数の圧力バッグを萎んだ状態で前記異なる位置に配置し、
前記素材を前記型と前記別の型との間に挟み込んだ状態で、前記複数の圧力バッグを前記異なるタイミングで膨らませることによって前記素材を前記型に前記異なる位置及びタイミングで押し付ける請求項3記載のプリフォーム賦形方法。 - 前記プリフォームとして複数の凹部を有するドライプリフォーム又はプリプレグの積層体を賦形し、前記外側真空バッグと前記素材との間に前記凹部の形状に対応する形状を有する剛体のプレートを設置することによって、前記素材と前記型との間における隙間の発生を防止する請求項4記載のプリフォーム賦形方法。
- 前記プリフォームとして湾曲した構造又は複数の凹部を有するドライプリフォーム又はプリプレグの積層体を賦形する請求項3乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のプリフォーム賦形方法。
- 前記プリフォームとしてコルゲート型のドライプリフォーム又はプリプレグの積層体を賦形する請求項3乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のプリフォーム賦形方法。
- 前記素材を前記型に対して滑らせるためのシートを少なくとも前記型と前記素材との間に設ける請求項3乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のプリフォーム賦形方法。
- 前記ドライプリフォームの素材として用いられるシート状の繊維の積層体の層間に熱可塑性のバインダを配置し、前記バインダが溶融するように加熱することによって前記ドライプリフォームの賦形を行う請求項8又は9記載のプリフォーム賦形方法。
- 前記ドライプリフォームの素材として、前記ドライプリフォームの厚さ方向における強度を担うZ糸を含むシート状の繊維を用い、熱可塑性のバインダの使用及び加熱を行わずに前記ドライプリフォームの賦形を行う請求項8又は9記載のプリフォーム賦形方法。
- 請求項9記載のプリフォーム賦形方法で製作された前記コルゲート型のドライプリフォームの形状に合わせた複数の中子治具を、剛体の下型の上に積層されたパネル用のプリプレグの積層体の上に載置し、載置した前記複数の中子治具の上に前記ドライプリフォームをセットするステップと、
前記複数の中子治具の上にセットされた前記ドライプリフォームを真空バッグでバギングした状態で前記真空バッグで密閉された領域に未硬化の熱硬化性樹脂を注入することによって前記未硬化の熱硬化性樹脂を前記ドライプリフォームに含浸させるステップと、
前記パネル用のプリプレグの積層体及び前記ドライプリフォームに含浸させた前記熱硬化性樹脂を加熱硬化することによって前記パネルに前記コルゲート型の補強部材を取付けた構造を有する複合材構造体を製作するステップと、
