Claims (7)
- 底部に複数の電極を備える溶解炉により、ガラス原料を加熱して溶解する溶解工程を含む、ガラス物品の製造方法であって、
前記底部は、前記電極を囲繞する第一レンガと、前記第一レンガの相互間に配置される第二レンガとを有し、
前記第一レンガは、前記第二レンガよりも、耐食性に優れ、
前記第二レンガは、前記第一レンガよりも、電気抵抗率が高いことを特徴とするガラス物品の製造方法。 - 前記第一レンガは、電鋳レンガである請求項1に記載のガラス物品の製造方法。
- 前記第二レンガは、デンスジルコン焼成レンガである請求項1又は2に記載のガラス物品の製造方法。
- 前記溶解工程は、前記複数の電極のみで前記ガラス原料を通電加熱する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のガラス物品の製造方法。
- 前記ガラス物品は、無アルカリガラスにより構成される請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のガラス物品の製造方法。
- 底部に複数の電極を備える溶解炉であって、
前記底部は、前記電極を囲繞する第一レンガと、前記第一レンガの相互間に配置される第二レンガとを有し、
前記第一レンガは、前記第二レンガよりも、耐食性に優れ、
前記第二レンガは、前記第一レンガよりも、電気抵抗率が高いことを特徴とする溶解炉。 - 請求項6に記載の溶解炉と、前記溶解炉によって生成される溶融ガラスを成形する成形装置とを備えることを特徴とするガラス物品の製造装置。
