Abstract
Description
まず、反射二重像と透視二重像の概念について説明する。図1は、二重像の概念について説明する図であり、図1(a)は反射二重像、図1(b)は透視二重像を示している。なお、図1において、フロントガラス20を搭載する車両の前後方向をX、車両の左右方向をY、XY平面に垂直な方向をZとしている(以降の図も同様)。
図2は、車両用のフロントガラスを例示する図であり、フロントガラスを車室内から車室外に視認した様子を模式的に示した図である。なお、図2において、便宜上、HUD表示領域を梨地模様(satin pattern)で示している。
最大乖離量eが0.15mradである場合、反射二重像の値はFOV<2degでは0.2minであるが、FOV≧2degでは3倍強の0.7minとなる。最大乖離量eは0.1mrad以下がより好ましく、0.05mrad以下が更に好ましい。
又、本発明によれば、一定でない楔角を持つ合わせガラスにおいて、従来よりHUD表示領域が大きくても反射二重像を抑制できることに加えて、楔角を非線形近似ではなく1次近似により最適化しているため、実際の中間膜及び合わせガラスを安定的に製造しやすい。

Claims (8)
- 車両の内側となる第1のガラス板と、前記車両の外側となる第2のガラス板と、前記第1のガラス板と前記第2のガラス板との間に位置して前記第1のガラス板と前記第2のガラス板とを接着する中間膜と、を備えた合わせガラスであって、
ヘッドアップディスプレイで使用する表示領域を備え、
前記表示領域は、前記合わせガラスを前記車両に取り付けたときの垂直方向の上端側の厚さが下端側よりも厚い断面形状が楔状の領域を備え、
前記楔状の領域の少なくとも一部の範囲では、前記垂直方向の位置により楔角の値が異なり、
前記表示領域は、前記垂直方向の視野角が2deg以上であり、
前記表示領域の前記垂直方向の各位置における前記楔角の測定値を1次関数で近似した1次近似線に対する前記楔角の測定値の最大乖離量が0.2mrad以下であることを特徴とする合わせガラス。 - 前記最大乖離量が0.15mrad以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記楔角が0.4mrad以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記1次近似線は、前記垂直方向の下端側から上端側に行くに従って前記楔角が小さくなる方向に傾斜し、
前記1次近似線の傾きの絶対値は、0.0006mrad/mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。 - 前記1次近似線の傾きの絶対値は、0.001mrad/mm以上である請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記楔角の傾きの絶対値は、0.006mrad/mm以下である請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記最大乖離量をe[mrad]、前記垂直方向の視野角をFOV[deg]と表すとき、eとFOVとが『e≦−0.015×FOV+0.23』の関係を満たす請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記垂直方向の曲げ半径が6000mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
