Definitions
- the present invention relates to an interlayer film for laminated glass used for obtaining laminated glass.
- the present invention also relates to a roll body and a laminated glass using the above-mentioned interlayer film for laminated glass.
- Laminated glass has excellent safety because the amount of scattered glass fragments is small even if it is damaged by an external impact. Therefore, the laminated glass is widely used in automobiles, railroad vehicles, aircraft, ships, buildings, and the like.
- the laminated glass is manufactured by sandwiching an interlayer film for laminated glass between two glass plates.
- a head-up display is also known as the above-mentioned laminated glass used in automobiles.
- measurement information such as speed, which is driving data of the automobile, can be displayed on the windshield of the automobile, and the driver can recognize that the display is projected in front of the windshield.
- the above HUD has a problem that measurement information and the like look double.
- Patent Document 1 discloses laminated glass in which a wedge-shaped interlayer film having a predetermined wedge angle is sandwiched between a pair of glass plates.
- the display of the measurement information reflected by one glass plate and the display of the measurement information reflected by another glass plate can be displayed from the driver's field of view. It can be tied to one point. Therefore, the display of the measurement information is difficult to be seen twice, and the driver's field of vision is not obstructed.
- the wedge angle of the interlayer film has been adjusted in order to suppress the double image.
- the transmitted double image is a phenomenon in which a double image is observed by irradiating a headlamp of an oncoming vehicle, for example.
- the present invention has one end and the other end on the opposite side of the one end, and the thickness of the other end is larger than the thickness of the one end.
- the position 40 mm from the other end of the interlayer film toward the other end is defined as the start point X, and the position 40 mm from the other end of the interlayer film toward the other end is defined as the end point X.

- a section A of 300 mm is set at 1 mm intervals from the start point Y to the end point Y so that the center of each section A is located between the start point Y and the end point Y.
- Equation of approximate straight line A In each section A, from “partial wedge angle A at each point A” where the point A exists in the section A, the x-axis direction is "distance from the one end of the interlayer film". , And the y-axis direction is "partial wedge angle A", an approximate straight line is created, and the formula of the approximate straight line A in each section A is obtained.
- Deviation of partial wedge angle From the equation of the approximate straight line A, the partial wedge angle A'at each point A is calculated to obtain "partial wedge angle A'at each point A on the approximate straight line A". In each section A, from “partial wedge angle A at each point A” and “partial wedge angle A'at each point A on the approximate straight line A" where the point A exists in the section A, respectively. Find the deviation of the partial wedge angle in the section A.
- the interlayer film according to the present invention it is included between the position of 100 mm from the one end of the interlayer film toward the other end and the position of 600 mm from the one end of the interlayer film toward the other end.
- the slope of the approximate straight line A is ⁇ 0.05 mrad / m or less, and the maximum value of the absolute value of the deviation of the partial wedge angle is 0.2 mrad or less.
- the said The slope of the approximate straight line A is ⁇ 0.05 mrad / m or less, and the maximum value of the absolute value of the deviation of the partial wedge angle is 0.2 mrad or less.
- the maximum of the slope of the approximate straight line B and the absolute value of the deviation of the partial wedge angle is based on the following equation of the approximate straight line B and the calculation of the deviation of the partial wedge angle.
- the slope of the approximate straight line B is ⁇ 0.05 mrad / m or less
- the maximum value of the absolute value of the deviation of the partial wedge angle is 0.2 mrad or less.
- the section between the position of 50 mm from the one end of the interlayer film toward the other end and the position of 50 mm from the other end of the interlayer film toward the one end is set as the section B.
- Equation of approximate straight line B In section B, from “partial wedge angle A at each point A" where the point A exists in the section B, the x-axis direction is defined as "distance from the one end of the interlayer film”. An approximate straight line B is created with the y-axis direction as the “partial wedge angle A”, and the equation of the approximate straight line B in the interval B is obtained.
- Deviation of partial wedge angle From the equation of the approximate straight line B, the partial wedge angle A ′′ at each point A is calculated to obtain the “partial wedge angle A ′′ at each point A on the approximate straight line B”. In section B, from “partial wedge angle A at each point A” and “partial wedge angle A at each point A on the approximate straight line B" where the point A exists in the section B, in section B Find the deviations of the partial wedge angles of.
- At least one outer surface of the interlayer film is embossed.
- a region of 50% or more of the embossed outer surface of the interlayer film is the average of the ten-point average roughness of the entire embossed outer surface of the interlayer film. It has a ten-point average roughness within ⁇ 30% of the value.
- the first one of 0.05 U from the one end toward the other end.
- the first heat shrinkage rate at 150 ° C. in the MD direction of the position and the second heat shrinkage rate at 150 ° C. in the MD direction of the second position 0.5 U from one end to the other end.
- the absolute value of the difference from the shrinkage rate is 15% or less.
- the maximum thickness of the interlayer film is 1700 ⁇ m or less.
- a roll body comprising a winding core and the above-mentioned laminated glass interlayer film, and the laminated glass interlayer film is wound around the outer periphery of the wound core.
- the first laminated glass member, the second laminated glass member, and the above-mentioned interlayer film for laminated glass are provided, and the first laminated glass member and the second laminated glass are provided.
- a laminated glass is provided in which the interlayer film for laminated glass is arranged between the member and the member.
- the laminated glass interlayer film according to the present invention has one end and the other end on the opposite side of the one end, and the thickness of the other end is larger than the thickness of the one end. Based on the formula of the approximate straight line A and the calculation of the deviation of the partial wedge angle, the maximum value of the slope of the approximate straight line A and the absolute value of the deviation of the partial wedge angle is calculated. When this calculation was made, in the laminated glass interlayer film according to the present invention, the inclination of the approximate straight line A is ⁇ 0.05 mrad / m or less in at least one section A, and the deviation of the partial wedge angle is The maximum absolute value is 0.2 mrad or less.
