Abstract
Description
ステップS21において、操作部32の操作件名管理部45は、データ連携サーバ11から切替可否判定要求を取得する。切替可否判定要求は、停止計画件名を含んでいる。ステップS22において、操作部32は、切替可否判定要求に含まれた新規の停止計画件名が予定される日時に基づいて、予定系統を作成する。予定系統は、初期系統と同様にして初期系統作成部46(図4参照)によって作成される。ステップS23において、操作部32は、切替可否判定要求に含まれた新規の停止計画件名に基いて、配電系統に設けられる機器を操作する手順を示す操作手順(配電機器手順)を自動作成する。ステップS24において、操作部32の操作件名管理部45は、予定系統および新規の停止計画件名から作成された操作手順に基づいて、電圧逸脱の有無、過負荷の有無などの項目について判定する。操作部32の操作件名管理部45は、その判定結果を示す切替可否判定応答を作成する。ステップS25において、操作部32の操作件名管理部45は、データ連携サーバ11を介して配電情報管理システム19に切替可否判定応答を送信する。

Claims (4)
- 送電系統の監視制御を行う少なくとも1つの系統監視制御サブシステムと、
配電系統の監視制御を行う少なくとも1つの配電監視制御サブシステムと、を備え、
前記系統監視制御サブシステムおよび前記配電監視制御サブシステムは、それぞれ、
前記送電系統および前記配電系統を含む電力系統に設けられる設備に対する操作の手順を定めた操作手順を作成する操作手順作成部と、
前記設備に対して遠方からの操作が不能な現地操作が前記操作手順に含まれる場合に、前記現地操作に関係づけられた現地端末に対して、前記現地操作の開始可否を確認する開始確認指令及び前記現地操作の前記操作手順を送信する操作部と、を備え、
前記操作手順に基づいて、前記送電系統および前記配電系統を監視制御する監視制御システム。 - 前記操作部は、前記設備に対しての遠方からの操作が可能な遠方操作が前記操作手順に含まれる場合に、前記遠方操作に関係づけられた制御端末に対して前記遠方操作の開始可否を確認する開始確認指令を送信し、前記設備を遠方から操作する遠方操作指令を前記設備に対して送信する、請求項1に記載の監視制御システム。
- 前記系統監視制御サブシステムおよび前記配電監視制御サブシステムのうち、一方のサブシステムの前記操作部は、前記操作手順の実行終了に基づいて他方のサブシステムに対して実行指示要求を送信する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の監視制御システム。
- 前記操作手順作成部は、前記設備に対する操作の手順を定めた前記操作手順を、前記系統監視制御サブシステムおよび前記配電監視制御サブシステムのそれぞれで使用可能な共通のデータ形式に変換する、請求項3に記載の監視制御システム。
