Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る医療器具セット(カテーテルセット)10を示す。
図1に示すように、カテーテル200は、ガイドワイヤ、医療デバイス、医療用長尺体100等を挿入可能な内腔211が形成されたカテーテル本体部210と、カテーテル本体部210の基端部に配置されたハブ220と、を有している。
図1および図2に示すように、医療用長尺体100は、線状体からなるシャフト部110と、シャフト部110の先端側に形成された先端部材120と、シャフト部110の基端側に配置され、術者等の手指により把持可能な把持部180と、を有している。

Claims (7)
- 線状体からなるシャフト部と、
前記シャフト部の先端側に形成され、かつ、内腔を有する先端部材と、を有し、
前記先端部材は、
樹脂材料からなる内層および外層を有する第1領域と、前記内層、前記外層、および前記内層と前記外層との間に配置された金属材料からなるチューブ部材を有する第2領域と、を有し、
前記第2領域を形成する前記チューブ部材は、前記シャフト部と一体的に構成されており、
前記先端部材は、前記第1領域から前記第2領域に亘って、前記内層と前記外層の間に形成される金属材料を含む補強層を有し、
前記補強層は、前記第2領域において前記チューブ部材の内側に配置されており、
前記第1領域の外径は、前記第2領域の外径よりも小さく形成されている、ことを特徴とする医療用長尺体。 - 前記先端部材の外層は、前記第2領域の先端から先端側に向かって外径が小さくなる傾斜部を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用長尺体。
- 前記傾斜部よりも先端側の前記第1領域の外層の肉厚は、前記先端部材の軸方向と直交する断面において、前記第2領域の外層の肉厚と略同一である、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療用長尺体。
- 前記補強層は、金属材料から形成された補強部材と、前記補強部材に形成されるとともに前記内層および前記外層を繋ぐ間隙部と、を有し、
前記チューブ部材は、スリット部を有し、
前記外層は、前記第2領域において、前記補強層の間隙部と前記チューブ部材のスリット部とにより形成される隙間に介入して、前記内層と融着している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医療用長尺体。 - 前記スリット部は、前記チューブ部材に螺旋状に形成されており、
前記スリット部のピッチは、前記チューブ部材の基端から先端に向かって小さくなっており、
前記チューブ部材は、前記スリット部が形成された領域よりも基端側に複数の開口部を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の医療用長尺体。 - 前記先端部材は、前記第2領域よりも基端側に第3領域を有し、
前記チューブ部材は、前記第3領域において、前記シャフト部に向かって傾斜する傾斜領域を有し、
前記第3領域には、前記チューブ部材よりも柔軟な材料で形成されるとともに前記傾斜領域の先端側から基端側に向かって外径が大きくなる基端開口部が形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の医療用長尺体。 - 請求項6に記載の医療用長尺体と、
前記医療用長尺体が挿入可能な内腔を有するカテーテル本体部を有するカテーテルと、を備え、
前記医療用長尺体の基端開口部の最大外径は、前記カテーテル本体部の内径と略同一または大きい、ことを特徴とする医療器具セット。
